My husband placed an order for 4 lvl beams, paid for them. Before driving out today I called trying to find out what time they stop loading. I was on the phone for ONE HOUR and 15 minutes. By this times we arrived at the Auburn location only to find out that someone has already picked it up. Please explain to me how someone else could get our purchase. Don't they verify order forms? Receipts?

Avoid buying from Huttig! After 3 years of frustration and 4 sets of defective Low-E French doors, we were told we would be reimbursed for our time, trouble and defective doors, if we accepted clear glass. Evidently, Therma-Tru, who makes the glass, can't produce Low-E for east facing windows or any other direction one would assume. Lies and false promises. We are stuck with defective doors and 3 years of wasted time, money and bitter feelings.
