Waited a hour and a half for an appointment that I scheduled a year well in advance. Was not greeted even though I stood at the front for well over 10 minutes waiting for someone and both people had a birds eye view of me. The gal that I didn't have an appointment with finally said hello. The appointment after me came in, was also given the same treatment and left.... nobody noticed. Was told they would follow up with me , for a coupon on Monday.... and NOTHING. Finally drove down to speak with the manager on Wednesday, because they won't file without payment. She was nice... but still didn't make up for the 2 1/2 hours it took to do 25 minute taxes.

I was looking for help with reaching out to the IRS, this is not the right company for that.. I paid them $120 and they had me come in a second time with a form I brought the first time to get a copy.. then they gave me an envelope with no stamp or postmark and told me to send it in myself and said good luck.. waste of time, waste of money.. Don't go here..
