“Rooms: The room was the handicap room, which we set up a month for an upcoming surgery. Nice room, but no view because of the beautiful trees. Love the staff! Penie (Penny) is such a big help and always a big smile!

“Stayed here to be close to airport in order to catch an early flight. I scored on close, literally across the street from the terminal. My main two criteria for a hotel is quiet and clean. The newly renamed Skybridge checked those boxes. The shower is 4 star. Parking for $30 is a bit unreasonable in my opinion. Remodeling for the Rebranding from Crown Plaza hasn't started yet. It will be fun to see how they will be able to transform this hotel into this century. Biggest complaint would be a very outdated TV which I am sure will be upgraded in the remodel. If you're booking this expecting a new Skybridge, your expectations will come up short. It does score 5 Stars for being quiet, I slept undisturbed and for that, I would stay here again”

“I stayed here for a couple of months on a travel nurse contract for Good Samaritan. I have to say what great customer service! Rick the manager was very friendly and they gave me a fair price on the room. Even went so far as to waive the pet deposit for me. The room is renovated with beautiful stainless steel appliances and a ceramic cooktop!”
“Very good communication with the girls in the office whose names are Jessica and Mariah! Excellent service! I recommend that they speak Spanish and English?
Rooms: There is one bed and two! Which one do you like?

“Convenient hotel for those who have to spend the night near the airport. The hotel shuttle runs between the airport and the hotel approximately every half hour if there are users who need it. Once you leave the airport simply follow for parking and connection to public transport. Then you go down to the third floor of the car park and along the pavement there are telephones with rapid numbers to call the hotel and request the shuttle service (dial number 14). Fundamental because the phone wasn't working for me.
The hotel itself is nice, nothing exceptional typical US chain. It is located far from everything to eat something you have to rely on one or a maximum of 2 restaurants within walking distance
Rooms: Standard rooms a little bare. The curtains do not cover the morning light.
Nearby activities: In the middle of nowhere you have to travel by car, otherwise there are a couple of restaurants (chains) available within a 15-20 minute walk
Food & drinks: The breakfast is good and very varied, typical American”

“The hotel staff was very attentive. The room was very comfortable and clean. The view of the falls was actually better than the website shows. The restaurant is a hidden treasure. The best lamb burgers. The brunch was amazing. Food was fresh, hot and tasted of high quality ingredients. Scones were fresh out of the oven. A short shuttle ride from the airport.”

“I’ve stayed at this specific Holiday Inn twice, and both times, I absolutely loved it!The rooms are nice with a comfy bed, which is to be expected from one of these. The staff were super friendly both times, and the breakfast food they had was always delicious!The location gets five stars from me too. It’s in s nice, secluded countryside zone (my type of area), so it’s mostly very peaceful. It also offers a mostly unobstructed view of the glorious Mount Rainier, which is an automatic plus!”

“We had to stay here for 2 months due to a house fire. The staff are awesome! They let our dogs stay with us and they even have a little pet area.Security is always present and drive around the building all night. Everything is always kept clean and laundry is free.I will definitely recommend staying here.”

“No complaints. Amenities are not overly abundant but are perfectly adequate considering the great room rates. Examples include only 1 washer and dryer, 2 fitness machines, no alarm clock in room, limited vending machines, no elevator, front desk not attended 24/7 (have to dial a number for assistance). On the upside: rooms are clean, quiet, and functional, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly. Small sauna available. Very close to marina and lots of restaurants and retail stores.”

“This motel is more of a extended stay there are people living her long term including the employees. It may not look beautiful but it comfortable. Everyone is nice but stay to themselves since the manager does not allow visitors. This is because she don't want her motel a drug spot. The owner/manager which are mother and son are very respectful and try and work with you they are very kind hearted you can tell but also have been taken advantage of so strict at the same time. Wonderful place to stay long term if needed!”

My one comment is the parking and location. I heard that there are multiple times people’s cars have been broken into in the lot. Not the hotel’s fault but something to be aware of.”

“I stayed here for 3 weeks due to a fire. The staff is amazing and the rooms were great. Beds are super comfortable and the pool was such a nice treat. Their breakfast is also really good with many options. Don’t forget about there social hour they have M-W. My only suggestion is have the bar open daily and perhaps a little longer hours the bar is open.Rooms: Nicely appointed rooms. Clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a good meal.Nearby activities: The mall is next door and there is the movies located there at the mall. Also roller skating is down the street.Safety: They have security and cameras. I didn’t see any problems.Food & drinks: There are several food options within two blocks of this hotel.”

“Wow, what a great experience. Tania at the front desk checked us in early and walked us through the pool hours, and even though the filter broke an hour later, the staff was honest and helpful. “I stayed there a week and had a wonderful stay. Everyone was so friendly and the breakfast was fabulous and several nights they have happy hour with snacks and drinks and I really enjoyed the hot tub and the room was so big because it has two big chairs and it's like a little living room
Safety: Lots of lights and the staff is always on duty
Walkability: Lots of area to walk in with many pretty flowers and plants and then in back there is a gazebo and lots of grass
Food & drinks: I've never had such a great breakfast and they even have a coffee machine and you can get 10 different kinds of coffee.
And I enjoyed the happy hour with snacks and drinks that they had three nights a week”
