I had a good time at Hinshaws Honda. Sean was my salesman, customer friendly, and very efficient in his work. He takes time to listen to questions and answers to his understanding and checks
for clarity from his colleagues when deemed necessary.
The environment is clean, customer friendly, and hospitable.

Well, when I call the first time I talked to a person that was very unhelpful. Ask if you guys worked with a extended warranty company and he said he had never heard of it so no you guys didn't.
I hung up and called back in 30 minutes and got someone else and he said bring your car down and we will take a look to see what's wrong and call the warranty company to see if they would cover it, and he gave me the fee for the diagnostic.
My perspective, the first guy that answered the phone was still on his 1st cup of coffee and not ready to work yet.
The second guy, came to work ready to work whether he had coffee or not and he saved the day for me.
We never know what people are dealing with or what type of day they are having. I did not want to judge the company based on the first person I talked to so I called back.
As a result of my visit, I plan on doing all of my car services with you guys for now on. I appreciate the good service.

I had the best possible car buying experience recently at Hinshaw's Honda. I hadn't bought a car for about 20 years, and was so extremely nervous that I brought along my much calmer cousin for moral support. I had a particular car in mind, and was fortunate to be helped by the wonderfully kind, laid back & knowledgeable San Saelee. He couldn't have been more helpful and absolutely low pressure. He spent a great deal of time with the both of us answering all our questions, allaying my various fears and concerns, explaining the buying process and then helping work out the financing. He just pulled it all together and made it all work-- it was a completely positive experience. Thomas in the finance department was also wonderful- thank you both, so very much. I left there elated with a car I adore & believe will be a reliable, safe, comfortable and just generally awesome vehicle for years to come. Also, I should mention that I hadn't needed to buy a car for 20 years because that's how long the last reliable, safe and comfortable car I bought from Hinshaw's Honda in Auburn lasted (and that one's actually still chugging along, too.)
