Went in for a damaged lift gate / hatch on my SUV. It wouldn't close properly and you could see day light from the inside. Very pleased with the work and the time it took. My insurance covered the issue, less my deductible. Overall their pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend them for sure. Maureen

I need to replace the fender apron extension bracket for my BRZ and they did an excellent job. The headlight and the fender fit like OEM after the replacement (I have the fender and the headlight for them to test fit and they did not rush through the process). They also helped to straighten the corner of the crash bar and the radiator support for the headlight alignment, along with dealing with the surface rust due to the chipped paint caused by the incident plus painting to prevent corrosion.After having them to help with the replacement and the outcome that yields. I decided to trust their professionalism and have them to help with my fender and bumper cover paint job (sapphire blue pearl, WCH) and I am surprised by how close the color looks to the existing paint (possibly due to the car being only a year old and parked in a garage), even under the sun. Tom also has his painter to prepare a spray out card for my reference of how the result would look like before deciding on whether a blend is required (to settle my confusion and frustration of whether a blend is needed).Once again the results was amazing and I also let them to transfer the existing TPMS sensor to my new set of Enkei TS-10 wheels (I was worried of scratching rims but none of them are scratched, although they forgot to return the OEM valve cap but that’s fine).The receptionists at the front desk are nice. Tom Walters is a respectable and responsible person. I have been to 7+ auto body shops (out-of-pocket) for a quote for this repair. These are extinction customer experiences as many shops are no longer customer-centered. They would rather not do your business if you cannot afford the additional cost (usually $1.3k+). They would also ghosted your question if it involves the repair process because of their ego (they believed that you do not trust them because you asked one or two questions). I sincerely hope that people do not abuse their kindness such that they have to change their approach. He also answered all of my questions in a concise way. I am very happy to have him to help with the repair.

Went to them for a quote to fix a bumper. They said they wouldn’t do it because the manufacturer no longer makes the bumper. Why can’t they replace the bumper with a certified or aftermarket bumper like most shops? I don’t get it.Anyway. 1-star it is.

They remove parts from your car such as the make or model of the vehicle and they no longer put them on the car when they finish the work. They say they will call you to take the car and install them again and if you talk to them they say they don't have them. the parts and they never return them, very bad service
