The Harlows team are full of amazing trainers and has a very good management with positive attitude. When I was at my lowest they were really supportive and encouraging. Which resulted to me being a successful bus driver. I enjoyed working for them at this time.

I work as a school bus driver for Harlows. Anybody can call for charter service or point to point transportation in a school bus for a group.

Drivers need better training. I was cut off by a bus performing an illegal lane change on I-5.

They have charter bus rentals for schools , sports, events to rent. Good prices. Decent service. They are school buses. There's a 4 hour minimum, I think. Bus hold easy 50 people, maybe a few more. Prebook, and this company works 7 days .

I am a teacher working for KSD, today we had a field trip and the service was safe and outstanding. By the way, I also forgot my phone in the bus, but I was able to retrieve it. Annette met me half way in Auburn to give it to me, thank you soo much.

2 days in a row the bus never showed up. no response from the bus company at all. I got late to work 2 days in a row because I had to drop my son to school. Do not contract out with them for service.

If a lower rating was possible I would use it. Service dept fell far short of meeting even the lowest of our expectations. Service "manager" not very helpful, over the course of the 4 weeks our coach was in the shop for a relatively simple radiator replacement phone calls were not returned, status of repairs unknown etc, etc, etc. I think from now on any work or services that we need done will be better handled by someone else. Anyone else.

Rude and sketchy bus drivers, cameras that just magically stop working when there is an incident that is under investigation, and the administrative staff sound like they just got out of prison. One driver almost drove the bus off of an embankment trying to navigate a turn that any seasoned driver would have known better than to attempt. Pray for your kids if they use this service.

Read a few of the reviews on here too. Try driving a bus before you write a review about a bad bus driver. People like you are never willing to do anything but whine and complain. While there are bad bus drivers out there in the world I have yet to see one here. If you have a problem go get a license and help make things better.
