Manager Asia and assistant manager Maddie was so rude with customer and while I and my husband were getting clothes to get into the fitting room and he wanted to try different sizes. As I was helping my husband to get a different size, the assistant manager was standing behind the door of fitting room and yelling to the other side of the store “why is there two people here with shopping bag.” Obviously in the mall everyone is doing shopping and having shopping bags. I got offended, on how poor and impolite customer service Guess has, what’s wrong having a shopping bags and helping your spouse and handing him another size of clothes. The way that they approached was sooooo disrespectful. They really need to work on their customer service. If I could give them a ZERO star I would. They need to get trained how to communicate with customers and not yelling in the store. Apparently poor leadership.

The manager Maddie is so sweet and caring. I’m pregnant and started feeling dizzy while shopping and Maddie walked me to the nearest chair and bought me a bottle of water. After I sat down she let me know she’s there to help if I needed anything. People like her are hard to find now days. I will definitely be a returning customer because of her!

Everything in there was sooo cute it was hard not to buy the whole store. All the sale associates were super helpful especially when i couldn’t decide on what size i wanted. Thank you!

Been to this store a number of times. A good selection of clothing items, really like the choices in shirts and jackets. Bought a nice gray jacket the last time we dropped by and it was on sale. Good deal! Like the layout of the store, pretty organized and clean. The clearance section is kind of difficult to browse through since everything is scrunched up together on the hanging rods. Maybe too much at once? Prices are reasonable and customer service representatives are friendly.

Why does every time I come shopping to the store Don’t let asked to use the fitting room and I asked him why? And they told me it is because the people don’t bring the quotes back where they got it from and that’s a reason why they don’t let it has to use the fitting room do you know how much money you guys Loosenbecause !!!!!!
