  My husband & I have been cat sitting for the past few years, the owner of the cat called this person to set up an appt, she contacted me, she sounded like a sweet heart at first, we sch a day for the cat to get his haircut, the day came & I didn’t realize that the complex I live in had something going on that same day so I had to call the owner of the company & leave a message to cancel, she showed up & called me to let me know she was outside, I asked her if she got my message & she told me no, we resch which she was being very nice about the situation at the same time she was venting to me about another issue she with prev client, when we sch, she told me what she needed for the next visit, when she told me I was half asleep so I am not going to remember very much of it, the second time she showed up, she called me & chewed me out cuz that day was garbage & recycling day & the cans were in her was & she was complaining about not having enough room & not having the spot ready, she was yelling at me & wouldn’t let me explain what happened, then she says “this is not professional & I refuse to cut ur cats hair” I didn’t want to argue with her anymore so I just told her goodbye, she got after me for not being professional about the situation but the way she handled it wasn’t professional either, I wouldn’t be surprised if she bad mouthed me to the next customer she went to, terrible experience, the cats owner was disgusted with her as well, REFUSE TO PUT UP WITH HER AGAIN

  Called about dog grooming and she was rude! It was a Sunday and all she could tell me was that she wasn’t open today. No mention of any other days that she’s open. Clearly doesn’t want any new business!

  Sheila was very rude & disrespectful & not professional at all, I will never use her or recommend her to anybody else. the first time she came out to my area I told her that we had to cancel due to some work that was being done to our house, she was a sweet heart & understanding about it. We rescheduled for her to come back out. she called me as soon as she got to my place & was very rude telling me that she told me last time & told me she needed a proper spot that was leveled to cut my cats hair & she was yelling at me the whole time on the phone & said she refuses to cut my cats hair & that what I was doing was not professional, when she was the one that was not being professional with how she handled everything
