I had a new battery put in my 2011 Leaf in January. When it died on the road yesterday when my friend was driving, I had to have it towed to my house. I called Greentec and they sent a technician to me to diagnose the situation. Joe showed up and was truly interested in diagnosing the problem. He was knowledgeable and thorough and took the time to explain his process and diagnosis. He didn’t want payment but instead wanted me to call him later to verify his diagnosis. I am beyond impressed and so grateful to have this new and trusted relationship with EV technicians.Thanks Joe!

This is an amazing company. I have many Prius and every time I have a major problem with them. They are the first company I call. They even did service for me for my sons Prius down in Los Angeles. Every single time I've used them it's been fantastic.

I would like to share my experience at the Auburn WA location.Being a bit of a car guy myself i love to do most work on my Prius when i can. So relying on someone else for repairs makes me nervous.When i asked questions, there were answers.I could not of found a better experience repairing my car.Helpful, prompt, friendly, thorough, every aspect. Joe is an outstanding person, he not only helped me with my car battery issue for my hybrid but helped step me through what went wrong, why, how to prevent it in the future, and what other signs to look for. He's outstandingly knowledgeable and tactful, we need more people like him!

Best experience I've had getting my prius battery replaced! Highly recommend! Reasonable prices, fast service, and I got an appointment within a reasonable time. Joe was very informative and quick to get me scheduled. I will be coming back for all my hybrid needs!

Moe and Joe, outstanding guys!! Came out replaced my the HV battery in my Ford Escape in my driveway, walked me through it all, explained how to replace a part they don't work on. That saved me $500 at the dealership. Had it all tested and up and running in under 30 mins and we'll under what the dealership wanted. When my wifes Prius battery dies first guys I will call.

Got my 2007 prius battery replaced and I can't say enough good things about my experience, from Ian in the sales depot walking me thru pricing and answering all my questions with and honest good for 30 day quote. I had a fantastic experience with mo the mobile installation tech, his knowledge of the product and everything in-between I will be a returning customer and will send everyone that way. Well i cannot really express my sincere gratitude to the best hybrid service as well as customer service i just received from main office to the technician By Name Joe located in Auburn Washington State who went out his way beyond my expectation to make sure my car was running flawlessly and in also checked beyond to make sure all fluids were topped up as well as updating me on few other services my car might need soon and his work and communication was beyond work ethics but it was very proffesional and friendly and the price was just right for me and i cannot hesitate to take my car back there for service nor hesitate to reffer my friends or anyone to this company and location for very proffesional service. Thanks to JOE in Auburn for great work you did for my car im forever grateful to you.

Thank you Greentec!David and his team did a phenomenal job for us. The battery is top notch and is working flawlessly. I could not believe how smooth the process went from beginning to end.When I called they answered on the first ring, they were able to accommodate my schedule and get me back on the road the very next day.David was the gentleman who assisted me and I found him to be extremely polite and attentive, he took the time to answer all of my questions and I did not feel rushed whatsoever.After we got off the phone I called back a while later with a question and he answered the phone and called me by my first name before I even said a word.The installer Zach who came to me in order to replace the battery was one of the nicest people I've met in quite a while, he treated my car with the utmost respect, took his time and was very methodical and studious.After the install was complete, Zach did a full diagnostic test to ensure the battery was operating properly. He was also nice enough to let me know I had a few minor ECM codes.I own a small business and I felt compelled to write this review because the service was absolutely impeccable, I felt like I got a great value and I am so thankful I utilized greentec.If you are in the market for this type of service don't waste your time or efforts and deal with these guys, you will be happy you did.

Had an amazing experience with these guys today. Changed out the hybrid battery in my 2007 Prius for a refurbished one, they were able to get me in the next day.Heidi handled the business side of it, incredibly professional and wonderful to work with. Joe got me scheduled right away, and Mo came out to do the work the next morning. Very fun and hassle-free experience working with these guys, I can't recommend it enough.Sure, the battery probably won't last but another 3 years, but the car itself was at the point that it was needing to get changed out anyways. I opted to spend less for the refurbished one and take my chances because a brand new one would be double the price. A 1-year warranty is included on all the refurbished batteries, as well.I will definitely call on these guys again if I need more help with my Prius battery in the future. Thanks so much!

Very nice people, warrenty good, free diagnostic check, another battery installation and out the door in one and a half hours. He even cleaned up the back of Prius. Joe was pleasant! I am pleased with their service.
