Calendar Store just failed! I went to the South Hill mall to get the calendars I always get (Falling Waters and Mountains Panoramic) Mall opens at 10am, they are still closed so I talked to customer service, they said sometimes they dont open up until 4 or 5! I could just imagine all the customers they've lost because of that! I'm sure each location is a Franchisee, so I would rather support the owner instead of the corporation itself. called the place to ask if they had a game. The girl told me" you can come in and check yourself". i replied, "well that's why i called you, so you can check your inventory". she then replied " well I'm way too busy to check that for you, check yourself".

I bought a toy for a Christmas gift, when the toy was opened there was a note that said broken, I bought a broken item that was returned to shelf. Trying to return and had a lot of hassle.
