Called them and asked if they had a bumper for a particular model and color. They said that they can't check what color bumper they have and that I have to come and see for myself. What logic is this? Why would anyone drive an hour one way for a 10% chance of this shop having the color I want. I wasn't in a hurry to know and they could've texted me a day later after checking but they were extremely uncooperative.

Purchased a bumper from this place on the picture that was sent to me and had a Frieght company pic this item up for me and delivered it to my body shop and come to find out it had more parts taken off it that mad it unusable which cost me more money . To find the part only offered own this place is a scam tried to get them to help and was told no

Always very impressed by Genuine Bumpers quality for parts that can not even be found most times! The selection is unmatched and typically can be the difference between junking a car and saving it, becasuse they have the bumper you cannot find. It can be hard to repair the bumpers like they do, but typically we can never even tell where it has been repaired with careful looking. Very impressed! They also recycle old bumpers thaty would otherwise take up space in a land fill

I own a body shop and have used this company a few times when the customer is on a budget. Every time Ive used them I was very happy with the result. I read these reviews and I should explain to you that if they have the bumper in stock 9 out of 10 times they need to recondition it before they sell it to you. Also if you want them to repair your bumper please remove all the attachments/lights/sensors off the bumper. It isn't there job to take care of your laziness.

Terrible service, went down there to get a rear bumper for Mercedes c300 but after a day I realized that they put a cla250 on the receipt. When I went back there to return it they said they don’t make returns which they never even told me. Soo basically I just lost over 300$ with them. Do not recommend them to anybody who needs good service!

to peeps in the know this is the go to place locally for bumper covers - they have the equipment and experience to repair these correctly - they have been a staple of tukwila- auburn for years - just bought a 2017 cadillac bumper from them - supurb finish work - no painter will paint one of these unless they are fully stripped and primers - these guys do it right - thanks guys - just what I needed

I wish I could give this company less stars... Ordered a Camry bumper by vin received the wrong one. Emailed said I needed to return they said NO its bee 15 days. It had not. Their own profile says we have 30 days to return and then to top it all off I got the rudest email from one of their employees Juanita Leon.

They change the prices all time even I have a commercial account with them and all receipts I’ve been purchased from them they start doing that after the Covid they’ve been playing games with all customers and changing the prices

Over priced, they have you remove parts that are attached to the bumper you want. And if you don't remove them they'll charge you

These guys do not take care of there customers. They told me they can fix a cracked bumper and so I gave them my bumper to repair. After they repaired it, I had a auto body shop paint it. I found out they did a horrible job and there was still more than one crack left on the bumper. The auto body shop had to bundle extra and charged me much more because they needed to repair the bumper themselves. I asked for a least a partial refund for the hassle that I had to go through and the days of work I had to take but they refused. Do NOT have them repair your bumper.
