This rating&review isn't about this store but my continued online experience with Gap, Inc as a whole. It has got to be one of the most aggravating experiences trying to shop and purchase either through the app or website. It's incredibly slow, rarely can I scroll through to see all the available colors of an item and EVERY time and I mean EVERY time I get to checkout I experience some issue- the website suddenly crashes, the card doesn't go through or needs to be re-entered, the order appears to go through but alas it doesn't, pricing suddenly changes, etc. Twice this week I got screwed- unable to use my gapcash and then unable to get the 50% off sweaters deal.
I am a diehard loyal GAP customer but this is really frustrating and making me rethink my shopping habits. Trying to purchase online should not leave me feeling so...ugh, I'm not even sure what word(s) to use.

This mall has seen better days.
The staff at Gap Factory are very friendly and helpful.
I went in to do a return of some things I bought online. Took more time to find the store than to do the return.

The coolest part of this experience...they had all the vintage perfumes I loved in junior high. I was never one for their outfits, but I definitely loved their perfume options. We bought 6 bottles! You can't find this perfume anywhere.
