The absolute reason to have an Amazon account. This dude spends at least 20 minutes on one customer (already helping them before I showed up), then as I thought he’ll be ready to ring me up, he spends waaaay more time then necessary to wrap up her cables/cords, which should take 30 seconds at most. Didn’t even acknowledge myself or other customers. I left and ordered on Amazon.

I am disabled so I sent my wife in to grab a game for me. The staff made a point to continually misgender her even after she corrected them. Will not be returning

No deals for their used games, half the time the games don't even have original cases and it's only 5 dollars cheaper than buying it new. Waste of time and money going to any GameStop.

Pre-ordered NBA 2k23 legendary edition when it came out, i was called a couple days before release and was told it would be late, that's cool at least they called. A week goes by, no calls, no emails, nothing. I go up there, they say its still delayed but coming. 2 more weeks, still no calls, nothing from this store. The store manager would avoid my calls, the district manager knew about it, even told me it was happening to several stores, and still no calls, nothing. I eventually gave up and bought a lesser copy. All together a bad experience.

Great service but they had a sign that they got robbed and they were not changing any security protocol?? Kinda concerned but just need to be aware of surroundings any where you go now days but nice store

Usually I never stop in this GameStop because of bad service in the past but 2 days ago was definitely a different experience! Miss Sarah greeted me as soon as I came in, ask if I needed help, was very knowledgeable about everything, friendly customer service all together to a point she made this a wonderful visit! Need more people in these stores like this to keep sales up!
