I bought two perfumes from this place and noticed that they were both watered down. With regular perfumes you just need 2 sprays on anything and it could stay smelling nice for the rest of the day, but with these perfumes it fades in 15 minutes.

We visited last weekend but the male staff were so rude and ignorant to us .They just denied to attend us which was unprofessional and disrespectful. First I thought I would ask another staff but he just denied which was unprofessional .I hope Fragrance outlet if you read this message “ Please ask your Staff to be Kind and attend respectful the customers. “

This a fragrance shop. The prices are good and the arrangement is good because its easier to get the fragrance you want. It has quite large variety of fragrances though not all. Its beautifuly arranged

I purchased two perfumes from this store and the perfumes have no scent to them they seem like they may have been watered down or diluted don't waste your money here.

I was helped by Nischa today. I'm very picky and smelled maybe 10 different fragrances that weren't quite right for me until I found a subtle smell I liked. Excellent service, thank you Nischa !

Went in asking for a specific type of scent. Was recommend a few different options by the sales associate and made a selection. After coming home and looking the product found out you can buy it literally anywhere else for 29 bucks and I just paid 80. Place is a total scam! I don’t mind spending a decent amount on a good product, but to upcharge that much is ridiculous.

Called asking for a specific perfume. Was placed on hold for 9min before I hung up. I was outside with my sleeping 2yr old in the car wanting to know if they had what I was looking for prior to waking her up to go get it. Since no one was able to tell me over the phone we went it. No one greeted me as I entered. I was the only customer with 2 ladies working. They quoted me wrong on a travel sized refillable perfume bottle. Mentioned that answering the phone and being timely with customers calling is important as well. The employee with the glasses laughed and made noises as I was walking out. No customer service. Seriously rude ladies. I could see if it was busy and or only 1 employee, but that was inexcusable.

The return policy is not good, my husband bought me a gift and he didn't realize I had a huge full bottle. They don't accept returns.
