I got a new pair of shoes for Christmas but they can’t exchange them for a smaller size… they want me to return and repurchase for way more money than what was ironically paid!

Been here a few times, but hadn't bought anything in a couple of years from this store. Today (5/15/23), happened to find some great deals on Men's Basketball shoes that I couldn't pass up!! Dropped by to look for some quality shoes on sale and found 3! Paid a total of $175 for the 3!!! Original prices would have totaled over $350, so a wicked great deal! Half price. Pretty happy about that.

I stood in the store for 20 minutes with a shoe in my hand while 4 employees talked at the register. Then when I finally got help I stood in line for another 15 so some kid could talk to a female. Very unprofessional horrible service will not go there again and will advise everyone I know the same.
