Driver lied about not being home for delivery.
I don't mind stuff being late - stuff happens, I mind about lying and wasting my time and the apparent culture of FedEx being ok with lies and poor service and putting customers last.

Very important package has been stuck at this auburn facility for almost 2 weeks now. Tracking still says “delayed” with no end in sight. No way of contacting them or a pickup option which would’ve been very useful since I took 3 days off of work just for this. What a joke

Like others, I would give this place 0 stars if I could. An incredibly important package has been in limbo for several days, with conflicting information online and when I talk to customer service. A terrible, chaotic experience with a lot of anxiety and wasted time.

There is a driver that is stealing packages from the 98122-area code. he signs off on names that not even in the business. FEDX is okay with this and is not helping the customer. This delivery driver has stolen several packages from my business. this is not ok

My package has been in Auburn since 4/26, and it was supposed to be delivered on 4/27. Somehow, there was a delivery exception (whatever that means). Was it somehow lost, damaged, etc, by FedEx?
Today is 5/5, and I am still waiting for delivery by FedEx, not holding my breath. My package originated from Salt Lake City Utah, and in the time my package has been in Auburn (1 week so far), I could have driven to Utah and back 4x by now. What is taking so long to go from Auburn to Seattle?
Update: FedEx attempted delivery on 5/4 and again on 5/5, but couldn't deliver because they claimed I wasn't home. All they had to do was follow the very simple delivery instructions and call me because I was home. My phone # is listed in the delivery instructions. I also posted a note with my phone # and tracking # on the door to my building. Apparently, reading simple instructions is too complicated. No door tags were left on 5/4 or 5/5. My building is staffed 24/7 by a building manager and/or security. Did the driver actually go to my building? I doubt it.
Update 2: FedEx delivered a package on 6/12 to the wrong address again!! FedEx is the worst!!

Marked as delivered but I get home and there's no package on my doorstep and I stated don't leave outside guess where it was left. And good luck trying to get a claim from these guys the stupid virtual assistant online and the phone is useless, can't even get to a real person nor will it allow me to file a claim.

I have never been this angry and disheartened with a business. The entire trip of my package from Indiana to Kent has been smooth, except after reaching this distribution center.
For two days, the driver faked delivery attempts and pretended that I was not at home. No door tags were left, the leasing office was always staffed, and didn't see anyone either. The update said that a 3rd attempt would be final, so I had to submit a location hold request to a store, and now it's just sitting in the distribution center, no longer moving.
This kind of fraudulent delivery attempts from FedEx occurred a few times before as well, with both of my current and previous apartments.
My apartment has its own exterior door facing a wide driveway, very easy to access. I have never had any issues with either UPS or Amazon. The UPS guy always comes up to my door with a big smile.
It's hard to describe the emotional toll of such an experience. First, you wasted your days waiting at home to sign for the package, you put a notice on the door to ask them to knock and to thank them, yet no one ever came, repeatedly. Second, they blame you for not being available, so the fault is on you, the customer. Third, they gaslighted you by lying about the fact that they never came and that you were indeed home, anxiously waiting.
The customer service is a complete failure as well, they can't contact the distribution center, let alone the driver, "all we see is what you can see online". Seriously? Then what's the point of having customer service in the first place?
All I can do is to leave my first-ever Google review for this joke of a business and tell my vendors to stop using FedEx with me.
As an immigrant in this country, the word "FedEx" meant something to me. It's so saddening to see such unbelievable and fraudulent business practices from such a well known company.

Package was purposely delivered to the clearly wrong address. You can’t sit here and say that 2107 looks anything like 2115. Customer service wants to do nothing. It’s lucky I work here and can complain directly to this incompetent drivers manager or I know there would be no accountability held. THIS IS THEFT. Do better with who you contract FedEx. Standards are NOT being upheld and it’s honestly disgraceful.
