In and out just like that. Went to dock unhook from trailer loaded get paperwork and that’s it very nice and quick.

good guys, quickly loaded and packed the goods themselves, it remained only to close the door after them, big docks, it's easy to park, no one is rude, good people work here

I have had 3 of my 4 imports delayed, one by two months, because of the lack of concern by Fed Ex's import broker. In turn I had to do most of the freight handling that would have been done by this broker. I would not recommend this type of service to anyone. Extremely disappointing, frustrating, and a complete time suck.

Don't go. Recommend a service I tried called Kiwiship. If you work in Bellevue or Seattle area, they will come to your office to pick up your shipping item. Same shipping price as you go to a Post Office.
