Me and my husband just bought our first home with this team of wonderful people. Worked with Carolyn and Jeff Graham.They were in our corner 100% of the time. Communicative, intelligent, kind and so supportive. We could count on them to answer any question but to be honest, we didn't have many as they made it so easy! Melissa and Tom, what a dream team. They've been a team for a number of years and their ability to coordinate, communicate and transfer data back and forth to ensure successful closing was seamless! Melissa ran the show for my most recent purchase (and returning customer). Wow did she do her predecessor RIGHT! My transaction took the definition of 'complex' to a whole new level. The best loan process anyone can ask for! The process is simple and easy and you feel confident that they have your back and want the best for you. It is so refreshing to work with a company who has actual people you can call or email with questions and that you know they have the right answers or know who you should call to find them.This is my second time using Fairway for a home loan and each time the experience is so great!

When we applied for pre approval, it took them less than 24 hours to finish our pre approval paperwork. And on the day they finish pre approval, they gave us specific dates for each process and how long it was going to take for the entire process and they did everything according to what they said. They never was behind for even a minute. They all are extremely amazing! They told us what document we need to submit in what dates and we submitted all the documents they requested on time and everything went perfectly. I really thought the mortgage processes was going to be awful but it really wasn’t bad at all. I really don’t like paperwork process but Fairway made it so great for us. It doesn’t seem like we went through some mortgage process at all from stat to the end. The name “Fairway” is really the right name for this mortgage company.“Thank you for being so wonderful and fair to us during the entire process!” “Thank you from the bottom of our heart for all of your help to get the loan and for assisting us with all of the papers. It has been a pleasure to work with all of you!” “You will always be my go-to!”

We absolutely loved working with the Howard's! If anyone is in the market we know who to recommend. They really did such a great job. They answered all our questions. They were super nice and outgoing! They made the whole housing process smooth and nice. Such great service. If you need a loan officer use them! ?Emily and Walter are really great people and I'm so happy we could work with them.

The Howard Team is the team to be in. They get things done in a very professional and personable manner. They are go-getters, get-things-done kind of team. Emily and Walter were amazing from the very beginning. They told us exactly what to do to fix our credit in order to buy a house. We did everything exactly as they told us and once we were ready they were able to get us into our new home in just about a month. It was a smooth experience. Marcia was just amazing to work with as well. She answered any and every question I had and she was always in a good mood. We will definitely be using their services in the future.
