Called to see if they could do a field repair on my Laguna bandsaw, which they don’t. Owner asked which model I own and what’s going on. Said it’s probably the foot brake kill switch. Boom. Not only do they have great tools at great prices, but they know the machines they sell inside and out, and they’re incredibly welcoming and helpful without any hesitation.

I love this place. The staff are always so friendly, extremely professional, and helpful. Purchased a 12” powermatic jointer recently and had the best experience. Tested out the jointer on site and loaded it up. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

Everyone I interacted with was "salt of the earth". Great shop and great gear. I bought an 8" Powermatic jointer and it was calibrated to perfection!! I bought a micrometer to dial it in and there were no adjustments needed. Expectations exceeded and I can't wait to buy more gear for my home shop - love this place!

Neil really went to bat for me. I couldn't raise anybody at Laguna regarding a dead lathe - he contacted the head of Laguna & got things rolling. Laguna equipment is great but their customer service isn't. Good to have an advocate.
