I would rate a ZERO star! I called to make a reservation and was told the had a SUV available. I double checked to that they would have one available since it was a last minute thing. They said yes SUVS are NOT in high demand and that they had a few. Drive to Auburn Wa and they had ZERO cars available. Called the location for Kent Wa and was told they had one and explained what had just happened and that I didn't want to drive to Kent for them to say NO we have nothing and was confirmed they had my reservation ready. I drive to Kent and they did NOT have any reservations available. Apparently customer service does not see or check with locations to check and verify what they have available! WASTE OF TIME, GAS AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

only reason two starts is because they washed the car before I left. the car was brought in the same day and I wonder if the driver said anything about the car overheating. before driving off the car fine until I picked up my daughter and made it home. I noticed a radiator smell. when getting back in the car and making it to the store, the dash said the car is overheating and that the coolant is low. now I have a car that needs to be serviced that I rented to drive hassle free and ended up with a hassle. I also noticed that the sunglasses holder was not able to close. no one assisted me and I didn't know until I was ready to drive off. I was just thrown anything. I asked for a compact and they tried to give me a van for 100$ more. I said no and they gave me this car that I can't drive that I paid for. this is crazy. this is the third time. the last car had a dog in it. they expressed to me it to have a dog in the car and my allergies were triggered and the car smelled horrible. I received no compensation for nothing and doubt they will Monday. well there goes my SuperBowl weekend. I won't be driving to Tacoma. thanks for giving me another bad car after I told you about my previous last rental and you give me a car that needs to be serviced. I wonder if the person reported it? I believe they had to and push the bad car on me. for some reason it seems like I always get a bad car from here or it's just how they work. I hope I'm not profiled and then decided what I receive. so confused. if you went from a tire you had to pump because it had a nail in it when you rented it, to getting the second one with dog hair and smell that was horrible and swollen eyes and finally the car with low coolant and smells like it needs help under the hood for the SuperBowl Weekend. no, I'm not to happy about this at all. I feel used. I literally rented a car that needs to be in a shop this time? Wow enterprise. Ill be back to let you know what happens during the return and outcome

my friends and i rented from downtown seattle the tire had a screw in it. the auburn location was closest to us and even though we didn’t rent from them, they were so helpful and accommodated us with another rental. shout out to Sam at this location. she allowed us to take our time and get into a vehicle we were comfortable with. thanks Sam!

I reserved a suv two weeks ahead of date needed and when I showed up to pick it up, Enterprise didn't have any to offer. I received no calls or email stating there was an issue. Enterprise didn't offer a discount for the inconvenience. Car i was given was dirty inside and out. Pickup was scheduled for 10:30 but wasn't able to leave till 11:30 as they decided to do an internal audit on the car so that put everything behind as I had to wait in the office till that was completed. Go somewhere else that actually appreciate your business.

This was my first time using enterprise, they were top of the line customer service and i felt heard. From the start, they had dissuaded my anxiety with being patient and answering my questions. I ended up purchasing a vehicle with them, I will tell you about that later.

Had a great experience renting a car from enterprise at this location. Great and friendly staff. Rented over 60days duo to auto accident. Kyle was very helpful from start to finish. Would recommended and will rent at this location in the near future. Thank you!

I received a rental from here during an insurance claim. When I arrived the staff was super great and friendly but the man who signed the car to me informed me I was paying upfront the deposit which I was expecting, I also chose to do damage insurance OOP so I was told I was paying for the full 14 days I was expected to have the rental during my cars repair. He explicitly explained this so I wouldn't have to do anything but drop it off at the end. For no reason I was then charged a second amount of 118 dollars with no prior call for authorization or explanation. I tried calling for three days to get a hold of the office as I am not local to Auburn and when I finally got an answer I was told I was charged for an extension on the rental but my repairs had only been extended two days after the original 14, so no way it would add up to $118 and was told it would be corrected after drop off. I spoke with a nice woman after car turn in when they called to confirm I would be getting my deposit back but ultimately they refused to refund me the double charged dates for the damage insurance. I'm leaving two stars for the nice ladies I spoke with but I absolutely wouldn't get a rental here since they do charge with no permission for made up fees which imo is stealing and bad customer service $ wise :(
