Love this gym! Almost all new equipment. Excellent trainers and a fun atmosphere. Unique equipment to train for strong man competitions or just to play with for fun if you want to mix up your work out. I worked with Taylor and he always kept our training sessions fun and interesting!

I apologize because this review is years overdue. Dungeon Strength RX is the best gym I’ve ever been to and I miss going here dearly. About 9 years ago, my wife and I worked at 24hr Fitness for a year and my wife worked at LA Fitness when we moved to WA. Around 2021we decided to go here in hopes that strength focused training could help correct particular health concerns we had. I’m terrible with names and it’s been a long time so I hope I remember correctly.. John, Saul and Rachel gave us such effective and affordable training and nutritional advice that our lives have been changed forever. We didn’t sign up here to get beach bodies; we came here to heal from injuries and become strong. Ironically the techniques we learned here gained us way better looking bodies. Lol! Also, Dr. Parham, a physical therapist who was working here, fixed my spine and hip flexor issues from my Army injuries I thought would never go away allowing me to do deadlifts and RDLs to fortify my back from future injuries. Also, this has the best gym crowd in WA by far! Everyone was so friendly and happy to help. They truly had a family environment. I hope more people transition from commercial gyms to specialized gyms like this because the training is indispensable. YouTube videos and the average commercial gym “trainer” cannot replace a properly trained experts like Saul, Rachel and John because Youtube videos can’t watch your form as you do compound lifts. And the majority (not all of them) of commercial gym “trainers” are just regurgitating what they learned from YouTube combined with 3 weeks of sales training. Please save your spine the grief and pay for the training here at Dungeon Strength RX. The owners and trainers here are competitive athletes who dedicated years in school for this. Also, the training is dirt cheap here and you’ll keep this knowledge forever. Thanks again for all you’ve taught us!

Had no issues with the gym and it's 24 hour operation but with management. I needed to end my membership and communicate with them on it and had no issues paying the cancelation fees in all. 10 months pass, and I get a collection notice from them for more. I am happy I saved my emails and bank records. Bad business practices and poor way to operate.

Been to a couple strongman/powerlifting gyms in this state. Gotta say this is the most supportive with the best equipment. After a year and some change I can't imagine going to another gym!

I’ve gone to this gym for about 4 months now after getting scammed out of a pure gym.Dungeon Strength is a gym where everyone in the gym are friends and family who are very kind and extremely welcoming to people who are new to the gym world.This gym has many strongmen/women competitors and it is jaw dropping to watch and be apart of such feats of strength. I have learned many things in my short time here from the fantastic staff to the kind regulars.The equipment is well taken care of and there is access to almost every need for a strong man/ body builder/ weight lifter and even the casual gym member.I have never felt so safe inside an establishment as this one, some of the strongest men and women go to this gym which makes me feel completely safe. There is a steel door which has a coded lock that prevents anyone who is not a member to enter so if you like working out at midnight you are in a safe world of your own!I love the feel of friendliness and competitiveness that radiates from this gym and I highly recommend anyone who wants to be comfortable and have fun sign up to DSRX

I normally don’t write reviews but this is the best gym and it definitely deserves a review. It has all of the gear needed for bodybuilding even though it’s more powerlifting and strongman focused. The staff and gym goers, are my favorite part of this gym and are all really cool, friendly and helpful. My second favorite thing is unlike all those lame commercial gyms this gym let's you be yourself and express yourself. This place has become my second home.Come check it out! You wont regret it.Would write more but I suck at explaining things in writing.
