We (Mother and I) had the most amazing experience at Doxon Toyota. We were greeted by Karl and Chase and have never had a more positive interaction at a car dealership. First of all, we got to ride around the lot in a golf cart. What 85 year old wouldn't appreciate that! We found a car, Chase processed the paperwork in less than 15 minutes. Karl took us on a tour where we witnessed a state of the art facility. The furniture was so comfortable, it reminded of us home. The service area was clean and the landscape was beautiful. Karl treated us to anything we wanted at the "Garage" which was like a mini Starbucks. We signed paperwork under a glass and we were so impressed! The level of professionalism exceeded our expectation. The experience was not about being a customer, it felt more like being with family.
We are so grateful to everyone for treating two old girls with, respect, kindness and patience. Most importantly, we were worried that we would be taken advantage of since neither of us know much about cars...totally, not the case.
Grateful beyond words!

Caleb and Chase went above and beyond to acquire the Tundra build that I wanted. Their personalities and professionalism made me feel really comfortable; I knew from day one that I wanted to do business with them. My experience at the dealership on the sales side was great. However, after declining a few warranty options with the finance team, I did feel a bit slighted after the fact. I had just spent a lot of money and to suddenly feel uncomfortable leaving the finance office; it shouldn't have been like that. Again, Caleb and Chase were awesome! Overall experience at Doxon Toyota after multiple visits were awesome!

Brought my car in for routine maintenance and they totally messed it up. Astounding level of carelessness and neglect from the service team.
They overfilled my oil by TWO QUARTS when the car didn’t even need an oil change. I picked the car up and it was vibrating a huge amount while idling. I have no idea how the techs didn’t notice it. I brought it back and asked them to fix it, and they told me it wasn’t anything they did. Not their problem. I bought the car brand new and only put 24k miles on it, and never had any problems. Then I pick it up from them, and it suddenly has a problem - and they have the nerve to claim it wasn’t something they did? Laughable.
So they have my car for a week, and the whole time they are claiming that it’s not their problem. Eventually they call me and admit that they overfilled the oil. I have no idea how it took them so long to figure out something so obvious. Probably because they were too busy trying to gaslight me and avoid responsibility for their mistakes to actually do an investigation.
Cherry on top - they removed a piece of trim that covers the brake fluid reservoir and clipped it to the hood of the car and didn’t replace it. So I picked my car up and it had one of its internal components just sitting on the hood.
Pretty staggering level of either incompetence or carelessness. Either way, I’m concerned that these people were working on my brakes. Don’t bring your car here for service unless you have a death wish.

Garret is the guy at Doxon Toyota! Very helpful, detailed and customer service is exceptional. Hands on help with credit approval. Always available for any before and after sales/vehicle questions. Really a stress free transaction and was a great buying experience.

Good service but sales person is not good enough one day I saw use car and doxon almost closed than told sales person I comeing tomorrow take that car next day I comeing that car sold another person I will not trust sales person if I bought car I order online and pickup I really disappointed that time
