**WARNING WELL DISGUISED LEMONS** The Corolla I purchased from Doxon Toyota has been a continuous problem for me and has been in limp mode for awhile. When I first got the car the alternator went out in the first week and was considered "out of warranty". They then charged me over $800 to get it fixed. I already just put a $2000 down payment on the car and was at risk for my own safety when the alternator gave out while driving. I have been very frustrated because it seems as though the car had many underlying problems that I inevitably have to deal with. I was told it would be assessed for safety and mechanical issues but it seems as if I was rushed through the process. The car was in prior accidents that were undermined and was covered up by a sub-par paint job. When I went to see if there was any alternative solutions to my problem they proceeded to try and sell me a 20k car that was out of my price range at the time. My car is sitting out front and I have come to the conclusion it needs a new engine since every other fix we've attempted seems to lead to the same problems. I highly advise to go elsewhere for your used car needs.

Been bringing both my cars for servicing for 2 years (ever since I moved to the area). I disagreed with an employee calmly and politely. The conversation appeared to be over, it seemed amicable and I went to pay for the services performed. As I was waiting to pay for the servicing, the employee came back two or three times with a disrespectful tone and became rude. All the while I was calm and polite. We should be able to disagree with people on a polite manner, without emotions getting out of hand. Unfortunately I won't be bringing my Toyota cars to get serviced here again. You lost my business today, which is probably not a big deal to you, but you should be careful about this employee and his attitude towards customers. In my opinion, this employee needs some additional training on how to treat customers with respect.

When we bought our first car here in 2013, the yummy smell of fresh baked cookies and a buffet of complimentary drinks (soda, water, teas, coffee, hot cocoa) really made us feel loved and welcomed We also loved that when you service your car here they have a play room for kids (can close the door), they had a tv and some toys in that room. We came back and traded in/ bought our new, second car here in 2018. Fast forward to the pandemic cookies were gone, we get it. It came back shortly and then was gone forever. Even the toaster oven is gone. The kids wait room, it's no longer a kids wait room, the door can still close but there are no longer toys. Today when I told my 4 year old we are taking our car in she excitedly asked if we would get hot chocolate. Little did we know the bar of complimentary drinks now only includes coffee water and teas. But we were told we can buy hot chocolate at the new garage cafe they opened. It's sad because these complimentary things are not expensive but it just gave us something to look forward to while expecting a 1-5 hour wait for our car to be ready. We ll look into a different toyota dealership the next time. It's only 30 mins in and my daughter is already bored out of her mind- no hot chocolate, no play room... still 2 hour wait ahead of us

We have purchased two vehicles at Doxon. One new and one used. We were treated so very well both times By the sales staff. We would especially like to thank Mike for such a positive experience. Your patience and kindness was so greatly appreciated. I'm not sure we would have made the decision to purchase if we hadn't felt so comfortable with you. We love the truck!

Sales Rep: Kimberley Coffee Great experience right off the bat. Kimberely greeted us politely and professionaly. She didn't push us into a decision and definetly gave us our space while we were browsing around. She was thourough and straightforward when it came to the financing part and was patient with us when we were talking things over. When we decided on a car, she helped us through the entire process. ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE: We left with the car that same day and unfortunately, when we turned off the car when we got home, it wouldn't start again. The next day, we sent a message to Kimberley (on her day off) and she went above and beyond and came to our home and helped us get the car started! I would definitely recommend others to work with Kimberely Coffee. The dealership itself was nice. They offered water, coffee, and there was even a deli inside as well. Overall great experience.

i was a good customer, going back to them for a second vehicle from them And always using them for service. I scheduled an oil change over the phone. I asked for the price and that I had a 50% ofd coupon emailed to me from Doxon. the person on the phone said there were no discounts at the time and asked me to email her the email I received. I did this and she told me my price would be mid $60's. when I arrived for my appointment and they wrote me up, they said there was no code in the computer for this service they sent me a coupon for, but agreed to honor the coupon, so i thought. he wrote it up for mid $70's which I figured was close enough and said okay. not even an hour later, they tell me my car is ready. they go over and say everything looked fine and proceeded to charge me $95! I to paI'd knowing this was the last time they get my business due to the lack of being able to honor their coupon, walk out to my car to find my vehicle not vacuumed or washed like they state all over their paperwork that they do. what else did they not do? hoping nothing else pops up from their lack of service. if this doesn't top it off, they stopped giving away soda, and cookies but did keep their coffee machine. instead they put in a cafe that they charge for everything in it! what a way to appreciate your customers!

I have been meaning to post a review for while! Over the years I have bought 2 RAV-4's and 2 Sienna's. I have always experienced amazing customer service. My recent experiences have been with Chris Breider. Chris has always been professional, friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He answered my questions promptly and even had a great recommendation on where to buy a ukulele (random I know) when he overheard us discussing the topic. He is a keeper. Doxon, Thank you for being the Toyota dealer of choice for the Seattle area! Thanks again to Chris!

I normally work with the Toyota dealership in Puyallup, but was up against a deadline and needed service done within a certain timeframe so brought my vehicle to Doxon in Auburn. I scheduled for the earliest appointment and was the first in the car line at 7:05am to get in quickly. Doors don't open until 7:30am and somehow i was the 6th or 7th person to be checked in as the service advisors kept pulling to assist the men in other lines before helping me. I was given more attention when my male coworker walked into the building to pick me up. A couple hours after i left i received a call from the service advisor with a significant list of all the things i needed to get done. (Note: i service my vehicle regularly and only have 60k miles.) i agreed to a majority of the services because i didn't have time or capacity for second opinions, but am still a little skeptical about the advise i was receiving regarding all of the work. I was told they would have the vehicle done by 4pm to which i requested if we had the possibility to have it done by 3pmand and learned that i had so i could make it to my child's first soccer practice, to which he said yes they would try. I went back to the dealer at 3pm and learned that i had missed their call. They said my vehicle wouldn't be done even by 5 but they were willing to give me a loaner. (Nothing wrong with receiving a loaner, just a little extra hassle of paperwork, not having your own vehicle/car seats, etc.) i was told to bring the vehicle back with the full tank of gas and agreed. The following day in the afternoon i received confirmation that my vehicle was finally ready. I pulled in to the service lane and greeted by John who asked if the tank was full. I told him it was and he inquired if I had filled the car. I stated i did not because i hadn't driven far enough for the meter to drop passed "full." He proceeded to argue with me that i should go fill the tank and i need to bring the vehicle back full. Multiple times i stated i DID bring it back full, i turned the car back on to show him the line. He rolled his eyes and begrudgingly said he would "just do it himself." I said if it would make him happy i would go take it to overfill the vehicle to which he said he would prefer that. I got back in the car, went to the station and put $6.92 in the car and then walk inside to get the receipt from the cashier so i had something to turn in to John. Long story short, i paid almost $3600 for work that i don't think was absolutely necessary, watched the "car dealership stereotype" occur that i wasn't listened to or serviced the same as other male customers, and nickel&dimed at the end which completely ruined my customer service experience. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. Sincerely, More Than Disappointed

Responding to Doxon: NO. That's not at all what happened. I understood the no holds. What I asked was for a simple phone call if someone else was looking at the car while I was on the way to my appt. I notified your sales person when I left (and they responded to my text so they were perfectly aware of it) and when I expected to arrive. What I wasn't told was that someone else came to look at the car and ended up working with the very same person who was aware of my appointment. Instead of having the decency to shoot off a 30 second text to let me know (because I had already stated that I wasn't interested in racing to "win" the car) they decided to sit on that info. That wasted 2 hours of my time. In short, your sales person made a commitment to me that they chose not to honor. In addition, instead of admitting your sales person's failure, your sales manager flat out claimed a timing of events that would have been impossible. My effort to buy a car at Doxon was a 2 hour waste of time to look at a car that wasn't actually available. It started when I called them about a '23 Venza Limited. The saleslady seemed nice enough and confirmed that they had one on the lot. At first she said she could hold it while I drove the hour it would take to get there, and encouraged me to drop everything and come right then. Said there were already 2 people on their way. Then she said her manager told her no holds at all. I said I wasn't interested in trying to race my way into a deal but that if it was still available later, I'd come in after work. So, that was the plan we agreed to. Later in the afternoon, she called to say that both "buyers" had fallen through and wanted to know when I'd get there. She added that they had gone through the waiting list and no one wanted this color, so, as of that moment the car was available. She asked me if I'd like to put money down to get on the waiting list. I asked her if that would put me next in line for this car. She said that's not how it works. That should have been my first red flag that they likely already had this car sold. I told her I did not want to get on a waiting list. I agreed to come after work and asked her multiple times to please let me know if someone came by in the meantime. She assured me she would. I then texted her to let her know I was on the way. She texted back to say she was passing me off to her partner because she had to leave for the day, and assured me her partner was "prepared and ready to go." I drove an hour to get there. Asked for the partner. Was told she was on the floor "somewhere". About 5 minutes later I saw the car (they only had one of this model and color) coming into the parking lot from a test drive. Just to confirm my suspicions, I asked someone if the lady with them was the person I was waiting for. They told me she was. I decided to leave, because I wasn't going to wait for hours to see whether or not those people were going to work out a deal. I spoke with the sales manager on the way out and expressed my disappointment that his sale person didn't have the decency to call before she left for the test drive--or even text me while she was in the car with the other customers, so I didn't waste my time. He never apologized. Said the people before me had come in 3 minutes before I had. I replied that wasn't possible for them to come in 3 minutes before me and return from a test drive 5 minutes after I'd arrived. Then some guy standing there with him tried to distract me with some song and dance about how hard the car business is right now. That has nothing to do with basic customer service. A simple 30 second call or text could have saved me 2 hours (or a good chunk of it). And her choosing not to call me didn't earn them another customer. It only earned them this Yelp review.
