They started spamming me about 6 months ago with invoices for someone else. I tried contacting them via email and phone multiple times. No response.
They continue to send me other people’s home addresses, and won’t return my messages.
Would you trust them with your money if they can’t even keep their own stuff working and respect their current customer’s privacy?
Edit: In response to this review I finally get a message. And they say “you have a common name” what are they doing, just guessing people’s email addresses? Come-on.

DO NOT use them!!!! As of today they have cost me over $2000.00 in fines and penalties. Not to mention I am paying another firm to correct their mistakes. They are taking NO responsibility for incorrectly filling out my 2019 forms. They are VERY unprofessional. Miss spelled my wife's name, put in wrong DOB and incorrect earning amounts in wrong columns then filed the extension wrong. Run RUN AWAY.. H&R block, Turbo tax, cousin Bob anything would be better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WARNING: DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT USING DD! Read below and take heed. Went to have 2020 taxes done by Robert DAVIS, who owns Double D, DD, and/or d2$. He screwed them up royally and worse, had already filed them electronically before I noticed the errors. Went back again to get an amended return to fix those errors. This time I checked closely before mailing them in, since amended returns can only be mailed in. Again, found major errors and omissions-- more very careless and sloppy work, guaranteed to attract an IRS audit. Called & emailed DAVIS, no response. He's not taking my calls. I went into the office to discuss. He immediately jumps up from behind his desk, runs over to where I'm sitting, rushes up into my face and threatens to "kick my a**** Professional behavior? Maybe in a junkyard, not in an supposed accounting office. So the police come, say its a civil matter so take DAVIS to court. Really? Not only did he charge us $605 for the so-called tax return preparation, he refuses to return important tax records that we provided to him. DAVIS said "if anyone lost it, it's you." That's a huge lie. Now I'm stuck with two choices-- filing a tax return which I know is wrong or trying to fix the mess myself, but without my records. Yes, I am going to sue these crooks!
