Made an appointment and lady seemed very nice on phone, showed up for appointment and staff told me that the lady had left come back next week. Like excuse me? I have an appointment, what do you mean come back next week!? Unbelievable experience!
That is not very good customer service nor a good first time impression . But I called another salon and they got me in right then and there . God works great when people do you dirty. It was a blessing I didn’t go there after all. it was run down and so was their service !
Wish I didn’t even have to give this place a star at all. It would be a negative!

It is by far the best hair stylest company in Federal Way. Be patient with her. She might have a client before your appointment. She basically runs the shop by herself but it is worth the wait. She is very nice and fun to talk with. Her service is fast and professional. I hope she stays in business.

She cut my real hair!!! I was afraid when she pulled out the scissors but she swore she wasn't cutting my real hair. Based. on her reviews I tried to trust her. However, after taking my braids out and seeing all the choppy pieces of hair and the uneven layers, I know for sure she cut out my real hair during that time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER.

Waste of money. Braids fell out within three days. I reached out to Donte a month in advance asking if she was able to braid box braids on locs. She assured me that she had experience in doing so, so I booked an appointment. I went in for box braids expecting my locs to be tucked away under my braids but that did not happen. During the appointment I pointed out that the ends of my locs were sticking out of some braids, she assured me she would fix it by the end of the appointment, she did not. After three days braids started to fall out. Here are some pictures of the finished product.

Just some idea of the work that was done on my nephews hair a couple hours after we spent 80 bucks with a tip making it a grand total of 100 because of the issues we had at the locked front door (that were taken care of quickly enough). I'm sure it was a shuffle to get us in as there was some confusion on our actual appointment. This braids with extensions didn't last but a few days. Though I only needed it for my nephew to have a job interview the following morning. Not a bash not a praise... just a review
