Manager, Ashley, lost $70,000 of ours after not following federal law on verifying wire transfer information on the other end. Will see her in court soon. Don't go here and switch banks completely. JPMorgan CHASE and any involvement with I recommend staying away from.

The worst customer service I have ever had at this branch! From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staffs had no interest in helping customers. Nobody seemed to have any enthusiasm for their job, and they were dismissive, lack of respect and unhelpful. If the branch lacks sufficient staffing, provides poor customer service, and potentially harbors racist behavior, why it even exists in the first place?! Perhaps there are underlying issues with management oversight, operational inefficiencies?? Whatever the reason, it's clear that significant improvements are needed or reconsider someone who loves their job and can actually provide quality service because that not only reflects poorly on the company but also erodes trust and damages its reputation in the community. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs!

Horrible! Auburn WA location. 03/2023 Due to a very disrespectful and cranky S well mentally unbalanced customer, I felt very uncomfortable and hid behind a pillar. The woman got out of line and got up in my face, I told her to get away from me. The office manager, ( supposedly) came up and started yelling at me. Would not let me speak or explain what had just occurred. I kept getting kept getting lectured. Then she told the security guard in me? All the whole never addressing the very aggressive instigator. A man whom had encountered the obnoxious woman spoke up for me. She had been extremely rude and agressive towards him as well. We spoke outside the bank and he gave me his information. As I filed multiple complaints from HR to other channels offered .A manager should be able to LISTEN and deescalate a multitude of situations. When i expressed she was not listening and was making it worse, she stomped away and ran to the security guard like a Little kid. I had. I am closing my account today.

The employees are very helpful. The manager (Thomas) and bank associate (Jasmine) did a great job to resolve my issue about an insurance claim check. That is exactly the help I'm looking for from the local branch.

Bank always has excuses why funds aren’t in my account and how after depositing checks every time they have an excuse why funds, my money can be available till a business week. If you want a bank that lets access your deposited money, chase is not the bank you want.

I find the tellers nice. I try to go in sometimes and ask if the teller have any coins. They have been the most stingy about giving me coins than any other banks I have seen. (Even other Chase banks.) I don't know why they are, but I makes me a bit irritated.I am quite aware that there is a coin shortage, but I've noticed a lot of new 2021 coins in my boxes, indicating the United States Mint is producing more coinage. The Mint hasn't given me or anyone I know more information aboutthis shortage. It makes me a little suspicious.I also find it a little suspicious that they always mention to me that some coins are for buisnesses. That makes sense, but let me bring something to your attention. I have gone to other banks within a 5-10 mile radius in Auburn and NO other Chase has said anything like that. And the all of them have had some sort of buisness that deals with coins being used.

I have been banking here for years, walked in at 10AM on a Saturday (7/24/21). There were 3 employees in the front and only one customer besides myself there. I asked to get a single document notarized and they said sorry they did not have time to do that today and suggest I go across the street to UPS. It takes 3 minutes to notarize a document. Not sure how this location is still in business.

They are not very customer service oriented. We came in for notary services and there was only one other customer in the entire branch. When we were directed to the notary, she told us she had phone calls to make so she could not help us for about an hour. First of all, she did not ask if we were a customer and, had we been, I would be calling in a complaint up the ladder. Secondly, during COVID, you expect us to sit and wait inside a bank for an hour so that you can make some phone calls? Notarizing takes, at most, 10 minutes, how about you help customers and make your calls afterwards. I am still baffled.

Chase is the worst corporation I've ever encountered. Their customer service in the face of a family tragedy has deterred me from ever becoming a customer and I will recommend to anyone who will listen to avoid them at all costs.
