These people will steal your items then lie to you saying you never brought it in! I brought a Nintendo Switch Lite and a mini Hp computer in about a week ago, my husband went in to get a loan, the switch had the console, a case and five games, and a CHARGER, with it and the HP had the computer and power cable and possibly a keyboard. I got my Switch back first last Saturday and we were gonna get the computer next week. So Tuesday (11/21) I unwrapped it all and saw the wrapped the mini computer power cord with my switch. So I call to let them know the mistake, they went back to check the computer and the lady comes back to the phone telling me there’s no switch charger and according the the paperwork we never brought one in. I said that’s bull, I know I loaned the charger with it, I don’t have it, it’s not in the car. So the lady is checking the video cameras to “double check” we brought one in. I know we did as we wouldn’t have gotten the amount we did without the charger. We’ve loaned switches multiple times we know what’s supposed to be included. So someone either stole it from the store or they left it on the counter and forgot about it and now it’s missing. Will update when they call back but I WILL NEVER LOAN TO THESE GUYS AGAIN!

I took them a Pelican 1510 Carry-on case and was told by the manager that they only sold their empty bags for $5-$10 so she wouldn't offer me anything. If this lady is in charge of inventory this location is in trouble. The only reason I didn't give 1star is because I've been there before and have been treated fairly. I walked 4 blocks down the street and was offered $70 at the next Cash America which I accepted. Not sure why this lady is in charge of this location as this isn't my only bad experience with this particular employee.

I just called to ask if they took any eBike batteries in lately because mine got stolen and the representative on the phone was incredibly helpful with advice and knowledge.I can’t say it enough. They were professional, informative, and pleasant to talk to.

I tried to purchase a shotgun and nothing went well. I was asked to put it on layaway instead of buying it outright. I didn't mind getting it the next day if it benefitted the sales lady so I paid all but $1. I made 5 trips and a week going back and forth to the store because they locked themselves out of their computer. Finally they gave me a full refund with the warning that they wouldn't waive the 33% restocking fee in the future. Are you kidding me?? YOU couldn't deliver the product and it was pretty presumptuous that there would be a "next time". The sales staff were friendly, but I can't imagine going back or recommending the business.

This places pretty poor in customer service skills. It starts with the top, which is the manager but unfortunately the manager was the one that had the poor customer service. I've walked in the door there was only two customer in there the manager was organizing some parts behind the counter and one of her worker was with a customer at the register and I walk right past them saw me nothing happened then when her coworker was done with the customer at the register she greeted me and asked if I'd need anything I said no thank you and continue looking around and when the manager came around I asked if I can see some in the glass case well she gave a big sigh and at that point I felt like I was bothering them. I felt like they had better things to do than attend to my needs wanting to see things in the protected areas. The vibe I got from that place is it seems as if somebody has done management wrong and they're there to protect the parts and stuff in the store, I didn't feel welcome I did not feel like I was wanted there although there was only me and the other customer they just seemed like they want to be left alone and so that's what I did. I forgot to mention I did ask a question to the manager I know it was the manager cuz it said manager on her t-shirt it was a quick 1 answer so I would not recommend going to this place on the other hand I've got a totally opposite experience when I went across the street to the other Cash America. The manager across the street her name is Jen, she and her crew is exceptional and I do recommend going to this spot and you'll see as soon as you walk in the door be prepared to be greeted at.

One of the most shady and slime business practice I have ever seen. bought 10 games, the guy rings it up and I made the payment. He then pulls the disc from the binder and two was total shoot that there’s not way it will work. They said since you already made the payment there is no return, “you should’ve asked to see the disc before you pay!”. This place is very shady!

Negativity should never be glorified. W/ that said, inadequate individuals/poor professionalism & horrible business consumer interaction should never be endured from a customers perspective. From the beginning things were skeptical. Upon pulling into the slightly lit parking lot that looked as if the establishment was closed because all of the shutters on the building were down(TIME WAS BETWEEN 6:15-6:25 I THINK) After driving to the front door I saw an individual so I figured they were open. There after entering approaching the front counter I informed the pawnbroker my intent ("LOAN"). Reply: " has the item been in before". I told them yes, more than once but it's been a while. They had trouble finding it because it's been over a year. At this time the "Store manager" is in this interaction. Initially they told me it's been in two weeks ago. Unknown reasoning and was not explained. After communicating I had not been there in a while they found my account also located the item. She sees my percentage shortly after discusses that in front of me w/the pawnbroker out loud. As if I wasn't standing right in front of her. Then declined to loan my item at all but shortly after informing me they would buy it. STORE MANAGER WORDS "I will not loan that". Crazy thing is this was 14 K jewelry that weighs about 13g, in good condition necklace and pendant w/ a few small diamonds. I see this as a learning experience/business opportunity. Gold prices have raised Typically I'd received $200 -$300max. As of today if you were to scrap that as bad gold you'd receive $420 Minimum maybe more. At this point I am leaving distraught/confused. Then she yelled out "do you know Jessica across the street". Really!!! So your not the same company, smh. Also added commentary/animation isnt necessary in a business atmosphere nor your place of employment. 2705 Auburn Way N #101 definitely not a location I'd recommend based off of the examples that are being set forth by the management at this time. Truly a disappointment. I've heard things but never been the victim at this establishment.
