Recently we purchased a used car for our son from Bud Clary Auburn. We live four hours away and we had been working with Keilend via text for a week or so.
Keiland and the whole crew were amazing to work with! They made the process painless and they went out of their way to make our son feel special.

2023 Update: We took the car into Korum. They found the issue related to failing coils on several models. The Hyundai warranty does not cover coil failures even under their own service bulletins. Don't let the warranty misguide your next purchase. After replacing, the car has not shuddered once. Hyundai failed the warranty test. Bud Clary is not where you need to go unless you put your foot on their butt's.
Bud Clary Auburn Hyundai is happy to sale you car but will not service the car - easily. They do not have a proper service center especially one open on the weekend. I do not recommend you buying your car from this location or buying any service packages. You'll end up having to take it to another dealership. You're better off buying from the other dealership. I'll give Korum and Car Pros a chance and note which (if not both) are the better option.

Best dealer experience I’ve ever had, Tony and Alex were amazing staff who helped us with getting what we wanted at the price we were comfortable with, and we were able to sign a lease and drive home within 3 and a half hours!

We purchased a 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5 Disney Edition.
Andrea and the manager Mr. J park
who helped us purchase the car were exceptional.
They are great employees.
The accurate information about the car and their kindness was the deciding factor in our purchase
The other workers were also friendly and made the process of buying a car stress free.
My only regret is that Hyundai does not have their own building, it was crowded and I wish they had their own building.
I will recommend to other friends.

"I was recently quoted $250 for an airbag warning light diagnostic at Bud Clary Auburn Hyundai. Given the car's history of issues, I was expecting a high bill, but this fee is excessive. To add insult to injury, the estimated cost to even start fixing the underlying problem is astronomical. This leaves me driving an unsafe vehicle with no viable options.
While I understand that dealerships need to make a profit, these exorbitant service costs are out of line with the price point of Hyundai vehicles. Perhaps Bud Clary Auburn Hyundai excels in sales, but their service department is a major disappointment." for an airbag warning light diagnostic. ?

Wow! What can we say! The service at this dealership is incredible! We knew exactly what we wanted and they delivered! Elizabeth and Xavier were fantastic to work with. I had spoken to Elizabeth on the phone prior to our visit and she was so helpful. I really felt listened to and like they actually wanted to give me the best deal and experience.
Car shopping is stressful enough. Their team made this one of the smoothest & most enjoyable car buying experience from start to finish we have ever had! We will absolutely be referring our friends & will return to this dealership the next time we need a vehicle! So excited about our brand new Santa Fe!

Came in at 8:07 for my 8:15 oil change appt. Was told it should take around 1.5 hrs. It's been over 3 hrs now, and I'm still waiting. Never again.
