Not the worst, but way below par.
They quoted me different numbers over the phone, versus when I came in for service, which wasted my time, since I turned around and left at THOSE price points.
They also can't seem to figure out what's wrong with our vehicle, and have almost just told us that the check engine light would be on permanently. I then had a friend fix the issue himself, which shows that a random friend has more experience than this dealership.
Overall, reasonably friendly staff, but not very competent. They should do much better.

It was a great oil change. About an hour and a half. It was a very busy day for them. I thought foe sure it would take much longer due to all the cars in the line up. Pleasantly surprised!

I purchased my Challenger in 2022 and their service has been fantastic ever since. This is the only place I will take it for service they are convenient, fast, courteous and professional.

Horrible !!!! After buying 2 vehicles from previous dealership and having them maintained by current dealer, they decided to cut off my lifetime oil service that I had prepaid!!!! Also my wife brought her sister down and purchased a vehicle. NO WARNING just said everything costs more so pay up. Service associate was very rude and very belligerent! LAST TIME I WILL GO TO BUD CLARY.

Terrible Service, came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation for my Toyota Tacoma and had no issues what so ever prior. It took 2 hours and once I got my truck back, the steering wheel was clicking and moving freely without the tires moving which and multiple warning lights came on was never an issue to begin with (never had one issue with the truck). The service manager Matt came out and quickly said “we didn’t do this” without even inspecting or letting me finish explaining what just occurred. He then claimed that one of the service techs had issues with steering (which never was) but didn’t even state that while I was waiting during the oil change as I had no clue, I asked if I could speak to the service tech to see what noticed but Matt stated “definitely not going to happen”. Matt then stated that “we don’t have the tools and equipment to properly diagnose this buddy” in a condensing manner. He stated “it’s not our problem”. The truck was not even drive able out of the position it was left by the service tech so there was no way I could’ve done anything. He was dismissive and finally said he’ll have “someone “ look at it and walked away nodding his head. They never resolved it and I had to go to Toyota to get it fixed even though it was an issue caused by them.

Good first experience here. The service manager who took care of me was friendly and thorough, and my vehicle was done less than an hour. I would have given 5 Stars if I could have schedule the appointment over the phone, or at least someone would have returned my call when I left my info on their IVR system. Eventually I went online and was able to schedule an oil change appointment easily, and to my surprise, I didn’t have to wait for weeks or months to get in. Skip the frustration and just schedule online.

Communicative, respectful and very fast!
Everything was to the point and looking for the best options! He speaks Spanish and English so for each client's preference you can communicate with him without problem in both languages.
