We worked with Amelia G. and she was awesome! She kept us in the loop when there were delays and worked on her end to resolve the delays in building our truck. Her team was also helpful. We generally dislike shopping for vehicles, but Amelia did make it much more manageable. She was also very knowledgeable about the trucks we were interested in.

My diesel truck was stolen and then recovered a few days later. The thieves removed some parts from the engine, the intake and turbo system. I called and talked to a service adviser they said shouldn't be a problem, it's an emergency we should be able to fit it in in a day or two. Great right? Then I was transferred to the appointment setter and she said no way, it will be at least two weeks and maybe as long as a month before I could get it looked at. I told her what the advised had said, she told me that they were wrong and didn't think it was an emergency at all.

Salesman Keilend was the best. He has a lot of knowledge and took time with me. He and Amelia found all the features I wanted in my new purchase.Sales and finance flawless. Keilend even came and picked me up when my vehicle was ready. I've been bringing our Jeep here for years. Overall 3 stars. As for basic oil changes typically 1.5 hours with appointment but this time was only 45 minutes so that was good.POOR. So for the first time ever I went to pay and now they advise if you are using a card there is a 3% transaction fee added. Sorry but be a big business and build that into your pricing so you don't look like you're tacking on fees here or there. I'm not a fan of this type of business practice and was surprised when they said this. I would definitely not have any major repairs or service done here just for that reason. So the recommended $1,400 plus stuff they are suggesting will not be done here.

This is a tough review, all the issues of recent have put pressure on everyone and I get that because it has not been fun for me either. I have been trying very hard to temper my reviews of late and the best I can do here is add a star to say thank you to the good people at at the service desk. You could also look at it like I am taking 3 stars away due to a single person at the service desk.Hot and cold service, I have been in the area for over 20 years and have owned Dodge vehicles much longer than that. Both my wife and I drive Dodges and we have both felt like the service desk has been lacking in 1 corner. This has been something that came to our attention several years ago and it came up again this morning so I am going to drop this Yelp review.Getting your oil changed should not be stressful but any work on your car can be, just because. I would also add that a bit of tact would go a long way and 3 of 4 of the service desk guys seem to have it. It's that 4th guy, ya, that guy. A long story short, I spoke to the Service Director and informed him of my version of my experiences including the last one. I still come here for services with one of our vehicles due to the other 3 guys but the last vehicle we bought was a Nissan.I do think this is a time for patience and working to get things to a better place and I hope the best to all.
