Fair and honest service! Gained me as a customer a few years ago after calling numerous mechanics to get my sunroof vents blown out, a 3 minute job others wanted to charge me $60+ for but buckys said come on down, it's free. Have been happy with them since. Made the mistake of going to a "cheaper" mechanic to get my catalytic converters replaced and afterwards they left me with an exhaust leak because they put on the wrong gasket, buckys fixed it up for me. Should have taken my vehicle to buckys for a diagnosis before ever getting those catalytic converters replaced, I will never know if that dishonest mechanic took me for quite a bit of $ .......buckys is not the kind of place thats trying to scam you for your $ and I appreciate that sort of thing.

I went here for the first time for my oil change. The guy said hi and took the coupon he didn't asked if I wanted the better oil change or anything. It took the guy a while to take my truck bad I was waiting outside he didn't say hi or anything...I was surprised at the lack of customer service.It took over one hour to complete the oil change, when he rung me up he didn't even say anything except the price. I thought they would have on the paper or say if everything looked okay..I'm not a picky person but I think customer service is very important. Last time I utilize this company. They could make more money at that location if they had better employees.

Buckys is great! Seth helped me today and was very speedy. My outback was making a terrible rattling sound. He managed to find the loose bolt and had me out the door in less than an hour! I will definitely be bringing my car back for any other maintenance. Thanks again.

I always receive prompt service and clear communication from this location, even when I come in sitting passenger seat on a tow truck. Management is straight-forward and respectful, reaches out immediately upon completion of work, and has a depth of knowledge and insight that is invaluable as someone who doesn't feel comfortable working on or diagnosing their own vehicle. Highly recommend.

Went to this business to get my heater core replaced, it took all that stores hour's to get replaced, after all said and done 1395 dollars later they didn't put everything back together no radio no alarm and no airbag light, took it back they said they fix it, I took my truck out and found that they had broken my dash cover, now they dint want to replace it, DONT GO TO BUCKY'S Ever it will cost you more along with the price you pay to get the work done just don't go to bucky's. It will save you a headache. It's been almost three years since this and no compensation. They will take advantage of you. Tell you They can fix it then if you don't have the money they won't do it but will ask you to get a line of credit to have it repaired. This place is a sham. Do yourself a favor save a headache. Don't go there for repairs. Bottom line. You'll get rooked.

Took my 91 firebird down for a tuneup an a oil leak, they did a awsome job on the leak way more than i would of expected from most shops and even found the steering leak i didnt know i had. and as for the tune up didnt even need one just a few plugs not gapped correctly. even looked like they cleaned all the leakage i had off from the bad oil seal. will definitly be back for some of the other work i need done on this carService: General repairs & maintenance
