I am so disappointedonIth how rhis Brown Bear car Wash is managed. I reported to them that the car wash took off my front license plate and I asked them to look for it. they filled out a piece of paper putting down all my information and said that they would call me when they had an answer for me. Years ago I had this happen with another car it was my back plate that would always come off so I would take it off before I went to the car wash. But no one called and so I called them and of course it was when they were doing some work on it I guess back sometime ago was a couple years I think. I'm a senior on disability and I don't have the money to replace license plates that I just replace a year before that!
I was really disappointed that they took the time to ask me all those questions and wrote everything down and nothing was even done with it. Adele I'll be back.

I received a coupon from the Honda service center and decided to try out Brown Bear Car Wash. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience pleasant from start to finish. The car wash itself was quick and efficient, leaving my car spotless in no time. I highly recommend this place!

Decided to go through the car wash to get rid of some of the prior 4th of July garbage off of my new truck, NEVER again. I bought this truck with 0 scratches 1 month ago. It broke my passenger mirror, and scratched the living BLAZES out of my ENTIRE truck and chipped one of the Z71 Decals that came with the truck on the rear drivers side. I will not be going back to this car wash anytime soon. I plan on going in tomorrow to try and speak to a manager. So not happy with having my brand new truck scratched up and chipped. Why? Just why. I want my truck to go back to the way it was when I bought it. A manager reached out to me and said they wouldn’t be fixing my truck due to the fact my truck is older than 10 years old according to their policy. This is the worse way to treat your customers. 10 year old or not. Their equipment damaged my truck and are refusing to acknowledge fault. Time to see what insurance and a lawyer has to say about it. I am not paying out of my pocket to fix my $800.00 mirror, painting it, and fixing the gears so it functions like it should because they broke it. This is such BS. 100% worst car wash and worst customer service I’ve ever received.

"By Far" the Very Best carwash I have ever been to! Every time I go to Brown Bear my car is washed better than I can do myself! It's unbelievable how clean and dry my 2018 Kia Forte is after going thru the wash. I will not go anywhere else but Brown Bear. I highly recommend this carwash to everyone who wants their vehicle to stay, "Nice And Shiny"! I'll certainly be going back!

They damaged my window wiper and the left rear fender and no one responded to me, they used rules that were never explained to me, and they are not visible and they left my car damaged, apart from that the manager was rude and unprofessional when it came to proposing solutions. Do not take your cars with them because they can damage them and no one will respond.

So usually I am not a fan of drive thru car washes they freak me out but my rental needed a good wash and this place did the job and did it well.
