Horrible. Had $120 store credit via their own insurance, received phone worth about $50. Charged for entire month where I was unable to access my phone and consequently would not have been able to use their service. Billed twice due to error on their part, took at least half an hour to get the situation resolved.

Sign on door says open at 10. Temporary sign says 1030. Now at 11 I check internet and it says noon. Really??? Just post actual hours on the door. How hard is that?

Went in to ask for help on getting the mobile hotspot that Boost mobile advertisers online. Yes it is a government program but it says on their website that you can go in and one of there employees will help you with whatever it takes to apply for this. The only employee working told me that they only sold them but they don't hand them out to welfare cases. Them the last thing I was told after trying to get any information was that he just worked there and can only help with any purchases I may have.......lol. Never again and boost needs to think about how some of there employees are representing them!

We've had nothing but issues dealing with this store as well as Boost Mobile in general. Will be canceling our service after being loyal customers for almost 10 years. Such a shame, they used to be an excellent alternative to contract cell service. Now the customer service is horrible, the service isn't that great, and their device insurance is worthless.

She never opens her store on time it is the worst customer service store to go into
