Auburn Bud Clearly is a horrible place to finance a car and have them work with you with any issue you that you have! i bought two cars from them, my first one had issues and told me it would take over 6 months to get the part in to fix my DPF and so i unfortunately had to trade the car in and not even 6 months later i went back and saw my car that i traded in fixed and ready to be sold, it truly broke my heart because i loved that car! The new car i got traded it i first signed with their warranty and now it's been since the beginning of september!! i haven't heard NOTHING FROM NO ONE for 3 MONTHS after they said it was only going to take 2-3weeks to cancel my warranty and it to come off my loan.I'm tired of dealing with Bud Clearly and i would honestly say don't ever shop with them because THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU THEY JUST CARE ABOUT THEIR MONEY!find yourself a better dealership.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my GTI from Bud Clary Volkswagen. My sales specialist, Michael Charrey was professional and transparent to work with every step of the way. Michael was very relaxing and patient while I experienced a few new and pre-owned models/trims before deciding on the 40AE GTI. He was very relatable to human needs and wanted to ensure I felt great before moving forward. I'd be happy to send my family and friends to do business with him. Their delivery specialist Loren and finance manager Brandon were also very pleasant as they were passionate about the products they represent.

Michael Charrey helped us buy a great car while the Army had us stationed overseas. We bought it sight unseen and on arrival he was there to make sure that portion of our military move went without a hitch. These guys were excellent and I highly recommend using their services. I can’t say this enough, this team is incredible! I needed to go to a bigger rig for work, but also keep it within my budget. They made it happen, one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had in along time! Kevin Bender was my sales guy and made the whole event seamless! Absolutely recommend this dealership!

Wow, We had the greatest experience working with Mike on the Trade in of our Golf R. We upgraded to a Newer Golf R. It was Smooth Sailing. They are Honest, Friendly and overall Great people in Auburn. Great time Test driving the ID4 too!

These guys are the absolute best!!! Kevin and Jack were so flexible with me and so down to earth. No pressure, just person to person conversation on how to get into a car I wanted. Originally I had been at a different Volkswagen and felt down and out about the inflexibility. I called Jack and he told me to come in and they’d be able to work something out with me. I’m amazed! Thank you so much Jack and Kevin!

Michael and Austin helped me with my first car purchase. They were very friendly and explained everything to me, nothing hidden. I am not pressured at all during the process, the price is the best I could find. It was worth driving an hour, they also offered to deliver the vehicle to my address! I wanted to share about my recent vehicle purchase from Auburn Volkswagen. My sales representative, Jack, was a great help in finding the perfect vehicle that met all of my requirements. He was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the process, which I appreciated. I also appreciated his honesty about the vehicle's condition (Providing the Car Fax) and never felt pressured to purchase. I highly recommend Auburn Volkswagen and Jack to anyone looking for a new or used car. The vehicle I bought was pre-certified and came with two free oil changes and tire rotations. First things first we have to give a shout to Jack for helping us out with a easy purchase. Jack was very professional, very helpful, very transparent, and went above expectations. We didn't have to waste a whole day in the dealership like most dealership would have you wait for 4-5hrs to complete a sale. We knew what we wanted and Jack was able to show us options fast and made the process easy. Showed us video of the vehicle and carfax without us having to ask.. Him and the team showed us different deals that would work for our family. Any other dealership would tell you this is the best offer but they actually showed us different options and worked for us. I've been in the car business and all I have to say is thank you Jack and the team for helping us.

Overall very satisfied with our recent buying experience at Auburn Volkswagen. This was our 10th car from Auburn VW and we enjoy working with the staff to secure the vehicle to meet our needs. We asked for a specific interior option and Patrick kept us up to speed on the search process with phone, text and video messages. I can honestly say this dealership will go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. I recently left a review out of anger from having to pay a few more bucks than expected and Doug who’s the manager here personally made sure to reach out to me and figure out a solution. I then teamed up with Bailey and Jason who are advisors in the service department and they helped me out expeditiously! I spoke with several different technicians and visited a few different “repair” spots just to have them tell me they were completely clueless on what was going on with my vehicle before going back to my usual team here. I can’t even tell you how much I appreciate the love and gratitude I was shown from this amazing team!

We worked with Patrick and he was great! Very personable and patient with us even though we had our 7 month old with us during the process. He did not hesitate to go back and forth with us during negotiations and we appreciated that since buying a car isn't always a fun process.

I had an appointment for an oil change and Jason informed me that I’m due for my 60K. I told him I won’t be able to since I need to go to work. He asked where and I said Spanaway. I told him it’s far but he insisted that he can find someone to bring me and pick me up. Miguel took me to work and I was able find someone to bring me back. Overall, I was able to get my 60K service done. Jason went above and beyond. I appreciate his excellent service.

I had by far the worst experience yet. I have been coming to this dealership since 2013 no issues and after this last experience I will not be returning. Please don’t send anyone who doesn’t understand about cars to this dealership, they will take advantage.I brought my car in for recalls. When I dropped my car off they told me it will take 2-3 days. They had my car for 63 days. They informed me that my radiator was leaking, I have not had any issues with my radiator and have been driving the car over 2 years and no issues. Then finally after 58 days they informed me that I can pick up my car. When I came to pick up my car the air bag sensor was on. When I proceeded to tell them. They told me they didn’t do anything with the air bag but one of the recalls was on the drivers air bag ( the print out they gave me it says they cleared all the codes and sensors and no sensors were on)Then they proceeded to tell me that I can drive the car with that sensor on and will have no issues just the mechanic forgot to clear the codes and if I want I can take the car and someone will follow up with me the next day. The car was left at dealership. Then the following day I received a phone call from the manager stating that the issue with the airbag sensor was from the accident the car was in and I will be responsible for the air bag sensor fix. I was confused and proceeded to ask what accident. I didn’t get in an accident in this car. The manger proceeded to apologize and said that he was miss informed by his staff. Then finally when this issue was taken care of I picked up my car after 63 days. Then recently I was driving in traffic and my motor started over heating. The temperature was rising right before my eyes. When I checked my coolant levels it was well above the minimum line. When I had my mechanic look at the car why it was over heating. He looked at where the fan needs to be connected it was not plugged in and full of sand and dust. They changed my radiator and didn’t plug in the fan.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Michael Charrey was our salesman and he was the best. He was extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of Volkswagen. He didn't try to oversell me on anything. The finance guy was great too! His name was Josh. And before we left we had another great experience with Loren. He walked us through every option on our new Tiguan. My wife and I felt very comfortable in our new vehicle and left very satisfied with the entire experience. I will definitely recommend Bud Clary to all friends and family. Thanks again Michael!!!!
