Best people here. They care for not only your pets but for you as well and that's hard to find.

Rude unprofessional and i sense a little bit of racism. God sees everything
I said God sees every single and the previous vets receptionist stole $700 off my debit card. Lies and privilege really need to stop God sees everything

After taking my two rescue cats to Auburn Veterinary Hospital for ten years, and spending thousands of dollars on their care, I can say that the quality of service has plummeted. My cats, now 17 years old, were taken in for an examination and I was told by the doctor that I should "prepare myself" for the death of one of them. Who says that? She is still active and very much alive. A few months later, I took them in for a routine nail clipping (at $26 each) and when I brought them home, I realized that their nails were not clipped. I called and was told that they most defiantly did do the job and that I could bring them back and discuss it with the technician. I told them I'm looking at their nails and I'm telling you the job was not completed. I was transferred to the account manager who, with an attitude, said she would refund $26 to my account. It was never refunded. I have zero confidence in the care and billing practices of this veterinarian clinic. I suggest you stay clear because it's not about the animal here, it's all about the profit.

I’d give this place a 10 if it were available ? Passing through Auburn and needed Health certificates for my three little furry Babies. They got me in within a few days. Dr Jow was very knowledgeable and thorough giving them each a thorough checkup and giving me the certificates to go through Canada. The office staff were so nice and and friendly and helpful. Would recommend for your veterinary needs ???

Dr. Heather is great! Very personable and fantastic with my pup Annabell. She took the time to answer all my questions and provide me with additional resources regarding my concerns. Absolutely will return to see her again. Front desk staff is very kind and helpful as well.

If you have cats, you know they decline quickly once they stop eating and drinking. I am thankful to Dr. Schneider, who always manages to fit me into his schedule on the same day of my cats' emergencies, even if it means adding me on after his final appointment of the day.
All staff were compassionate when it was time to say goodbye to one of my cats recently. I appreciate that they administer a sedative before the traumatic process of shaving the arm for the final injection. This allowed me time to say goodbye while he was relaxed, and not have to see him in distress. They wrapped him in a hand-crocheted blanket which was so tender, we decided to bury him in it.

They were extremely helpful after our elderly dog fell off a cliff and was rescued 5 days later. We had to take her to the emergency vet hospital in summer. I called the emergency vet hospital on auburn way. They were SO very unhelpful. They were not sure they could provide the needed care and said we would have to bring her in first. Since she suffered rain and cold for those 5 days, I opted not to take her there. Time was of the essence for her. This vet has done the follow up care for our elderly dog. They are all so very caring and prompt with answers. We have two cats, one with a terrible thyroid problem, and two dogs, one elderly and one is still a pup. These guys are the best !

We brought in our very hyper and anxiety filled dog Bridgit in to be groomed. After warning the new groomer about our disabled Pom-Chu, I put the muzzle on her, told her we would be back and to be a good girl, knowing full well she wouldn’t be, told the groomer how we liked her to be cut and we left her. Turns out Bridgit “Loved her”! Bridgit didn’t need the muzzle and she received the best haircut ever!! I cannot express our relief and happiness, if you’re looking for a groomer who understands dogs, this is the place to go!!!,

Do not take your pets here. They will dismiss your concerns and minimize your experience. I brought my 8 year old pup in for concerns regarding mobility and temperament changes. They drained his anal glands and sent us home. A week later we brought him back in because he wasn’t getting any better. They ordered bloodwork and then almost two days later called and left a vague message not communicating the level of concern with his results. I called first thing the next day and that vet was off and hadn’t left any notes in my dogs file. I had to wait an additional 24 hours to speak with her. At that point, she told me my dog was showing signs of kidney failure and if his symptoms hadn’t improved, he should have been taken to the emergency vet yesterday. What a HORRIBLE approach to patient care and communication. If my dog dies because I was waiting for your poor excuse of a vet to read me his bloodwork results, you’ll be hearing from my attorney.
