I tried to go to their listed website to view inventory and I got what looked like a hijacked 3rd party search engine instead. If they can't maintain security and integrity of their website, how are they going to protect my car and personal information?
Needless to say I closed the tab and crossed them off my list of places to visit.

Not quite ready for a full review yet.. But when u compare to AUBURN VW..HENSHAWS HONDA This is a far better place. Greeted professionally nice cars. But soFAR BY FAR no place in Kent, AUBURN, or Federal Way Compare to complete professional manner in which i was treated at El Torro Motors in Auburn. I will continue tl add reviews as i shop. I have had nearly 65 years in the Auto business. Courtesy , professional mannered people and great selection as well as reputation are formost. Courtesy and well mannered people seem to b in short supply . especially in Auburn. Nice cars r not hard to find. But remember where r you going to go when a problem comes up!!#

Such a great buying experience! No pressure, no haggle, just laid back and honest. We had been here multiple times over about 9 months, just to test drive a few we had seen online, Randy always welcomed us with a smile. He is thorough and knows about the cars on the lot. Even though we didn't buy the first time, he was never frustrated with us and never was in a hurry or pushy. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had! And this is my new (to me) car! Joe made our buying experience relaxed and enjoyable. Definitely not the high pressure sales pitches we encountered at the other dealerships we visited. Just wonderful customer service and genuine friendliness. And a great truck at a great price to boot. Joe at Auburn Valley Motors has won a customer for life!!!!

Charged me five grand for a SUV that over heated and broke down on the interstate with my 2 and 4 year olds in the back this was also my way to work might lose my job now thanks Auburn valley moters
