I recently bought a used car with a rebuilt title and didn’t have it pre inspected. I called Auburn Valley Collision and spoke with Bob who told me he’d be happy to take a look at it for me. He thoroughly checked the exterior repairs and even went out of his way to check under the car on a weekend when they usually don’t do so. I left here with peace of mind and feeling relieved! I will definitely go back for any type of repairs I may need in the future. Bob is such a wholesome guy, he really came through for me!

They did an awesome job repairing my 22’ F250 after a hotel valet driver damaged it. Communication was awesome, received multiple updates through out the 2 1/2 week period it took to repair. Very impressed and will use them in the future for any repair needs if needed and will be referring people that need body work done to go here.

Bob and Nicole at Auburn Valley Collision did SUCH a good job. My car was fixed and was better than when i bought it. It was perfectly fixed and painted. Done on time and was detailed. I have three kids and there was not one spot of dirt in that car. Bob informed me every step of the way of timing and when things would be fixed. He worked with insurance directly to ensure the process was easy for me and they had a cute dog in the office, which was the highlight of my day! For real, use them for all your car needs. you wont regret it!

The owner is a gem among men. Gave me an amazing deal when my gas tank was sugared. Him and his son's all went above and beyond to make sure my van got back to me quickly without costing a million dollars and with statements so I could have proof for court. I go here for all my vehicular needs.
