This business is a ripoff and they scam customers. I am one. I cant help but think since I'm a senior woman they think they can get by with gouging me. They charged me close to $500 for their "service fees" for under 2 hours of work to replace my antenna mast and the antenna is still not fixed/working.
In March 2022, i brought into their service shop the complete after market power antenna, which they installed for $167, (one hour labor). That was fine, however, on Aug 16th, 2024, I had an appointment to get the mast on my power antenna replaced since it had broken off. I have a 1992 3000gt mitsubishi so again I bought an after market part, (which I confirmed with the antenna source), was the correct replacement mast for the one previously installed by Sunset mitsubishi in Auburn. An hour after I checked in the service rep Bailey, had me sign for $398 (2 hr service charge) plus taxes and fees totalling $469.30. When I asked why 2 hrs when the previous service for the entire antenna and motor was only 1hr, he said rates have gone up. This in itself is a scam! However it gets worse. An hour goes by and again I'm talking to Bailey, (not the mechanic), who says Cassidy, (the mechanic) can't get the antenna cable to connect. I have choices but all will cost me the $469.30 and none will leave me with a working antenna. I brought both the new part and old broken part in so they could look to see how much of the old cable remnants still need to be removed but I don't think they even looked at that. Cassidy said the 12 volt motor isn't working and I'll need to buy another antenna motor. But the antenna motor is working just fine. It worked before I brought it in and after leaving the shop. I took Bailey out to listen and he heard it trying to go up and go down.
My 3 options were leave the hole without any antenna, or put the antenna in and leave it either in the up position or down position, not hooked or working. Bailey asked what my pleasure was. My head is spinning at this time because now I'll have to pay the $469 and not have a working antenna. So I asked Bailey, I have to pay $469.30, and nothing is done, then buy another antenna with motor, bring it back to be installed and charged another $469? He said 2 hrs is what the book says to be billed. This business is a ripoff and they scam customers.
I told him to put the antenna back in leaving it in the up position since I'm forced to pay for a repair that didn't happen anyway. When I asked for Justin, the manager, they said he won't be available until Monday.
I can only conclude the mechanic didn't clear out the remnants from the broken old antenna to clear the path so the new cable could connect, or doesn't know what they are doing. When I asked Bailey if they couldn't connect the cable what they did to install it, he said they folded up the cable and stuffed it into the hole. Either way, I had to pay full price for repair that I didn't get and then advised to go buy another power antenna unit that I don't need. This business can NOT be trusted! Almost $500 my antenna still isn't fixed.. scam artists!! Shame on you!

Apparently if you need a Mitsubishi serviced here you need to have all the parts ordered in and wait a week for them to arrive even to have brakes done.
If you need actual service find a place that has the parts instead. I won’t buy another Mitsubishi here. It’s been too inconvenient.

This is the worst place to have your car worked on. They had our car for 3 weeks and nothing happened. They told us the wrong info to just to get our money, on a plug in play part. Never take your car here for work. There is no Communication, we had to call every day; if not every other day to be told that the Associate was busy and never call us back. They never told the people to get our car ready for pickup. Stay clear of this place and save your money.

Muslim buyers would like to buy cars offered with 0% APR. I wanted to buy a Mitsubishi hybrid car if it was offered with 0% APR. You can make your profit which is fine. However, paying interest is against our faith.

Great job! Had my brakes done, and they now work like new. No more shaking as the rotors seemed to have been warped. Now stepping on the brakes after the service is no longer a tentative act.
