Dr waffle was amazing, and the staff was super friendly, front desk lady was super helpful and answered all my questions, definitely 5 stars ,I totally recommend this place ,chapo will be back to see you guys ????????????????????

Love love all the staff and have enjoyed Dr Beachy..before retirement...now Dr Waffle is Gunnar's friend...been going there almost 11 years with my boy Gunnar...they are friendly, helpful and honest...recommend very highly...Thank you always for taking good care of Gunnar❤️?

Horrible experience since the new staff and new owners took over Doctor Beechy was great.Never had any problem prior to change of ownership and staff. Been going for 2yrs never had a problem paying over the phone for prescriptions but thus time with the new staff minutes after making my payment over the phone and being asked to verify my billing address to put my payment in a card reader machine separate from the computer where my profile is which in 2yrs never been asked before and same cc machine but minutes later hundreds of dollsrs stolen out of my account. Fraud. Funny how up until that payment with you guys and I never had any problem with the previous owners until you took over ownership and management with your new employees.I've never had any problem with fraud on my card at all.Never put any reviews about fraud on my card at all.So I'm tired of your lies.You guys lie to the fullest. And with my banks investigation with your Receptionist, stealing my information and my money from my account.I got credit back to my account because I did not do it.And yes I do have police involved. You are ruining a doctor Beechy's Clinic reputation , he worked so hard for and it's a shame and like I said , god knows you guys are so unprofessional and so disappointing I doubt you would be in business for that long. And I also find it interesting that you're offended that I said with my experience with you and your new stuff that you are displaying me as an angry black woman.I'm the one that's offended and I'm telling you how it's coming across to me and you're offended because I said I'm offended by you, calling me by you.Betraying me as an angry black woman and slandering me. And you're using the same credit card machine that Doctor beechi used, so please stop with your incompetence asking.Somebody's billing information regarding their address is not a part of procedure not needed for a credit card payment to the credit card machine.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to get me a same day appointment, especially since it was for 2 large dogs. (Sisters) I am 70 yrs. old and have had over 50 dogs in my life. My vet retired and I do not care for the replacement vets. I have been using the walk-in clinic in Federal Way, but they are closed on Wednesdays. I would like to get some sedatives for the 4th of July. (tomorrow) I will see them later today and update this review with assessment of the appointment. I am told that the vet I will see today only works there a couple days a week. That's fine, I can get a feel for the clinic and staff. So far, I am very happy with my experience especially the receptionist, Megan.

I started taking my puppy and senior dog here in 2023. The pricing is fair and the staff is super friendly or was? I had to call and reschedule an appointment the day of ( which I took responsibility for) as the person who owns the senior dog in my household had something come up and it wasn’t ideal for me to fight traffic and sit with two anxious dogs in the car for half an hour.
I called the clinic to let them know my situation and whoever I had the pleasure of speaking to was super condescending! She let me know the fee of canceling and “wasting” the doctor’s time would be about 80 bucks each. Okay. I was not informed of this when I scheduled the appointment originally a week beforehand. Nor did I intend on missing it. When I questioned more about the fee and why I wasn’t informed of this new policy when I scheduled the appointment originally. She didn’t have any other explanation for me other than that is the new policy, I said oh, okay. To which she responded , okay so then do you think you’re going to make it?

All together the fee for missing the one appointment ( which I have never missed one before) is 160…. I’m pretty sure an examine is 75….

My dog was seen here 2 weeks ago due to randomly not being able to stand up. Dr waffle poorly assessed our dog, not even sending her home with pain medication the first time. We had to come back the next day due to our dog getting worse. Then over the next week we called the office multiple times trying to update Dr waffle asking about next options and our concerns being "written down and passed onto her" but we never got a phone call back.
Our dog ended up passing and we are still waiting on a return call from them... please take your dogs somewhere better. They might actually survive.
I used to recommend this vet to everyone I knew. I regret this 100%.

I am very disappointed in this clinic my dog has to be sedated to do his nails. I go in one time and it is 250.00 now they want 400.00 or more. It is terrible and I have been taking my other dog there for several years. Get a firm price in writing so they don't add a few hundred on to it.

Recently new to this area and tried this clinic for two of my dogs. I was able to get in quickly which was great and unexpected. Staff is very kind and you can tell they really care about their patients and clients. They called to check in on my dog multiple times after being seen for kidney issues that they helped us with. Thank you from Billy and Penny!
