I was recently in the hospital as a matter of fact I'm still in rehab while I've been away from my apartment the manager is personally taking care of my cats for me while I was incapacitated feeding them cleaning the litter box excetera does above and beyond what apartment manager supposed to do I have a great relationship with the people there ain't anything is broken it's fixed it won't let me leave a second review so I'll just add on to this one been living here since 2008 management is great anytime something is broken it's fixed immediately the rents are reasonable good community what more can I say it's a great place that's why I intend on staying here for as long as I can I have nothing but good things to say about management and my overall experience living in. There is like 6 spots. For guests or u have to park on the street. Which means ur car may or may not be there. When u go to leave.

I've lived here for over 20 years. The office staff is great and maintenance issues are addressed right away.The grounds are always kept clean and landscaped regularly.

The staff here really cares and is willing to help with pretty much any kind of paperwork you need assistance with. Maintenance work gets done quickly no matter how small the task is. Rent is decent compared to other areas of auburn, highly recommend.
