I started coming here when I tried to go to the post office and couldn't get in the parking lot cuz it's so busy, and I found this place to be so relaxing and unstressful to get things done. They do notary, they do everything the post office does and more and the service is great. It may cost a bit more but it's so worth it, the no stress. I have and will continue to do business here!

I've shipped things here. I have mailed things here. USPS, FedEx, Printing service. Always been very nice and they know what they are doing. Plus there's a good convenient store next door.

I've been using Mail and Copy for my rented mailbox since Summer of 2018. I've never used their printing services as I've never needed to. When I have to ship something, it's almost always been the case that I already have a shipping label on the package before I get to them. I recently mailed 1 item that had a label but I needed to buy something to ship it in. I don't remember the cost of that. It didn't seem ridiculous to me, but also I don't do stuff like that much. So I can't speak to the other negative reviews here about those services. What I can say is, the owner and his other employee who alternately works the counter have always been kind and helpful to me. The fact that he has retained the same employee for years seems to say something about the quality of the environment for an employee, so I can feel good that I'm (hopefully) not supporting a business that treats employees like trash. Their mailbox service is inexpensive, and I get everything from regular mail to packages sent there. I've never had an issue with them. I used to have a key and be able to check my mail at any time, but they had security issues with customers leaving the door open. Despite a sign on the door reminding customers to close it after they leave, people kept being disrespectful. They took the security of their business and customers seriously and unfortunately had to change the locks and revoke the ability to check mail outside of normal business hours. Nonetheless, I have remained a customer. Their location is convenient with plenty of parking and 2 entrances to the lot which helps prevent traffic bottle necks. I have also never felt swindled in any way.

Really glad I found them they were friendly, knowledgeable and just great to work with.The guy from the ups center across the way Was having a really bad day and threw his encouragement directed me to Auburn mail center and I’m so glad he did!

I had just left the UPS Store across the street (run by an angry lunatic), and came to this store for a notary service. The guy behind the counter managed to help several people simultaneously and really efficiently. I can't believe I ever went anywhere else. He was genuine and helpful to a blind man who came in and needed help with addressing a letter, and wrote it out for him. Kind people deserve to be recognized, thank you Mr. Kim!

Awful service with incompetent employees. I’ve been bringing my FedEx smart post packages here for years and suddenly the one employee wants to charge me to accept them because he mistakenly thinks they are usps packages (they aren’t). I tried to educate him nicely but he was too stubborn to be reasoned with. Will not use this location again.
