Drug addicts camping and walking around cars. I thought loitering and camping in auburn was illegal. Not safe, property management should keep it cleaned up for customers so they can shop safely, not worrying about their safety and property.

Pretty scary! Lots of drug addicts hanging out in and around the parking lot. I heard that the cashiers have to be escorted to and from their cars. Wonder how much longer this location is going to be open.

Update Sept 2024- Just scored a simple, sparkling fall wreath for under 10 bucks and since its plastic, I'm not too concerned about the weather damaging it. At this price, it's so worth it even if the weather breaks it! Great costumes and other decor for a variety of tastes!
The staff is friendly and helpful, from giving me feedback about my outfit choices to watching my backpack while I was in the fitting room, they are amazing!

When I saw the three security guards, the parking lot flower vendors, and the random people riding their bicycles in circles, I knew this place would be good. And I was right. Probably one of the better organized Goodwills I’ve been too. Nice and efficient self checkout system as well. Inventory seemed a little low on this day but I’m pretty sure their turnover is just super fast. Awesome store

From my point of view and because I have known other goodwill stores, this one is too expensive since the clothes do not even have labels. It is the first and last time I go and it is a displeasure to see the prices so high that new ones would cost cheaper in other places I put examples in the photos

Organized well. But no fitting room…?

On my most recent and most likely my last visit here I was discusted.
One homeless passed-out man sprawled out at the entrance, two tweakers wandering around the store maskless, four vehicles in the parking lot being used as homes; two of the cars had people fast asleep in the front seats and in one car a woman shooting up drugs. Last, but certainly not least was the over-weight, lazy security guard paying attention to nothing but her cell phone. All of this, plus the fact that they wanted $4.99 for an old pot someone melted wax in for some reason leads me to believe this place is going to close in the near future. It used be a nice place with good deals and friendly service but I am sorry to say that those days are officially gone.
UPDATE:
Went there today just to see if they got their stuff together yet. Nope. Now they are selling Dollar Store items for $5.99.
A homeless guy literally stripping down and putting on the clothes he just bought right by the front door, in from of the Security lady. Skip this Store unless you like getting ripped-off.

The store does not have plus sizes. If you are a plus size person I do not recommend coming to this goodwill. The largest pant size they go up to is a size 18 and the Plus section doesn’t even have plus size clothing. It’s being used as another pant rack. I asked about it and was not met with much help.

Today when I came in every tag that was on sale the workers were running around trying to find them all to pull all blue tags which were the tags on sale, making it harder for people who actually come here to get clothes that are cheaper.
It’s unprofessional and it’s early in the day, how are u guys going to make it so everyone pays 12$ for a dress which is more then Ross instead of actually getting a dress that’s on sale. That’s very wrong.
I really do not recommend this location at all to anyone. There are many other locations of good will that wait untill the day is over to allow people to actually shop for things that are on sale. What horrible service !

Fun place to shop, but donating is next to impossible. Never seem to have ANYBODY available to accept donations, and the hours given on their voicemail are NOT correct. They will be happy to send you away, so save yourself the trip and take your donations to Value Village; they are ALWAYS ready and willing to do it.

Very color coordinated.
Lots of employees gaming more items. Did not find many color tagged sale items of the day. Also they don’t let you use the bathroom.
