I can not say enough good things about this place! Quality of my repairs were top notch and they went above and beyond by detailing my car inside and out!! They were even done with my car early and the communication was great!! I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Highly recommended. I have gone to this auto body shop twice now, and both times they have offered not only the best price, but they have done an excellent job as well. The first time, I was impressed with the gentleman that gave me the quote. He got down and looked under the car then mentioned that he was pretty sure they would only need to repair one particular area. Meanwhile, the other auto body shop stood back at a distance and automatically had said "no, we need to replace it all." Auburn Collision 1 was able to save me money by only doing the work that actually needed to be done, and I greatly appreciate that. A nice bonus/surprise to get my car back vacuumed too!

Took my car in because a tree branch had fallen on it, the staffing was very friendly and never promised anything they couldn’t get done! With all the damage my car had they were able to finish within 2 weeks of drop off! My car looks brand new again! Thank you guys!

Brian and the team at Auburn Collision 1 did a fantastic job repairing our 2018 Suburban. They were very responsive to all of our questions and kept us updated throughout the process. Our Suburban looks like it was never in an accident. I’d recommend Auburn Collision 1 to anyone looking for a quality auto body repair shop that provides excellent service.

Auburn Collision Center just repaired body damage to my vehicle. They did high quality repairs and painting and finished the job in less than the time estimated. The damaged area looks brand new!
Jeff, their estimator, is courteous and professional. He gave me updates on my car’s repair status while it was in the shop. A great guy to work with!
Auburn Collision has done great repair work for my family in the past and I had the same great experience again!

Communication was awesome. Very great service repairs were done earlier than projected and detailed my vehicle inside and out. I’ve never washed my all-weather mats so I definitely noticed how much of a difference the vehicle was when it went into the shop versus when I picked it up. It even had a new car smell, which really blew my mind!
The shop is not technically certified to do repairs on Toyota, but they did an exceptional job from what I could observe. I really loved getting text updates on the vehicle while it was in there. Enterprise not only picked me up, but came and picked up the rental when I picked up my Vehicle, which was really convenient.
Accident happened November 2023 and I had it scheduled to be dropped off in January but due to inclement weather I decided to reschedule since some of the parts we’re on back order anyways, so I ended up dropping it off for repairs in March 2024.

The estimated time they gave me was right on point, I was updated every step of the way and they dealt with insurance so I didn’t have to. My car looks great and I’m very happy.
