Grateful to Auburn City Imports for completing a same-day pre-purchase inspection for me at a very reasonable price. Outstanding service. These guys try the most conservative approach first. I have been pleased with every single technician, reception, repair and interaction I've ever had here. This is the shop my dad always used and it was local to me for a long time. Now I have moved farther away, but I still trust Auburn City Imports for all of the needs of my vehicles. Recently I had a check engine light come on with an emission warning. The first action they took was to replace my gas cap which was a $40 fix. It wasn't that, but at least it was a cheap thing to try first. Eliminating that rather than scheduling me for diagnostic testing. When that didn't work they ran codes as a courtesy, and scheduled me to come in to investigate further. Maintaining your vehicle isn't an option. But choosing Auburn City Imports for repairs makes it easier.

Really good service here. Reasonable prices as well. I had to get my belts replaced. They showed the project to me and were very up front on what needed to happen. Highly recommend this place. Happy I found them.Service: Engine repair

I took my Corolla in a couple weeks ago and left it with them, telling them to find out why the cruise control wasn't working. A couple hours later they called and told me the car was ready. When I came back to pick it up, the guy at the front desk told me that the problem was with the actuator/module. I went home and did some more online searching which I already had done previously to find the problem. The problem or parts he described doesn't even exist. He then told me they wanted to replace the clutch for $2,000? I found a local repair shop to replace the clutch for $500 cheaper. I got ripped off from Auburn City Imports.

Great auto repair shop, everyone there is very friendly. I've had my Honda Civic worked on twice and they've done a great job both times. I would recommend this auto repair shop, they're honest, do great work and a lot cheaper then the dealership
