I went to both the Auburn and Midland location in June of 2023. The therapists were very nice and helpful but the billing department is horrible. On my first visit I put my credit card on file to pay for all future visits but on my last visit they forgot to run my credit card when they told me they would run it. They had not contacted me saying I had an amount due and unfortunately I found out this week, almost a year and a half later that they sent my bill to a debt collector which is going to negatively affect my credit. I have tried numerous times this week to get into contact with someone from the billing department that can help resolve this issue to let me pay, but have had no success. I would love for someone to contact me to resolve this issue.

Friendly and attentive to your needs. Very informative in how the therapy will help and in what areas. I've learn a few things since my first appointment and continue to learn as of yet. I'm very happy ? with my results since I started therapy and my therapist. Unfortunately, I'm moving. And might have to switch facilities
But, I don't care to. We'll see?

It is kind of new for me doing the exercising of my left hand, and this therapy really helps me alot with my pain. The staff are really great, friendly and know what to do.

Everyone at ATI are very kind and supportive. Brad is my PT. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He is compassionate in my well being and keeping me as comfortable as possible while making sure I get to my end results.

Therapy sessions for knee have been very good and beneficial. I always walk out of the clinic less stiff than when I walked in, yet the exercises are mild and easy to do. Staff is very friendly and caring.
