I usually go to this Arco to buy a slurpy, and as you can see from the picture, the price of gas is very affordable. Not much else to say.

What a horrible place. Need to avoid. The guy working on 2/8/24 around 6pm is very unpleasant.

Been coming to this store for years Great gas prices but hate that a couple years ago it was a great red head manager store was ok then a young lady with piercings took over the store it was tweakers sleeping out side, some standing by the front door and the inside was trashy, workers were not very friendly, just unsafe looking to go in so me and my husband had stop getting gas here. Then back in September my husband stop in on his own cause he notice no homeless people would be outside any more and told me it was new manager and friendly staff so we started back getting gas here. I stopped in this week and now there is another new manager. Why can’t this place keep good people. She cleaned it up around here and made it comfortable for us older crowd.

MUST READ: i come here for gas regularly, and a few days ago I witnessed a customer frustrated because they havnt fixed the credit card machines for 2 weeks, forcing log-jammed gas lines because customers need to go inside to pay. The customer didn't yell, but expressed how inconvenient this was, and someone working in the isles stocking interrupts and says there is nothing the cashier can do, and the customer replied that the manager could, to which this African American lady said she was the manager, with an attitude, and goes on to argue with the customer being demeaning to them as if they did something wrong. First off, you don't deserve to be a manager if you don't know how to dissolve a situation, here is a piece of training you didn't get: the reply should be "I understand you are frustrated sir, and we are working vigorously to get this issue resolved, we do appreciate your patience during this time period". That's the only response needed, not an egotistical woman trying to argue with a customer. I personally will not be going here again for the following reasons: 1. I'd bet 10k that it doesn't take 2 weeks to get a tech out there to repair a network issue, that is a fact. 2. That said, it's my belief that this is a ploy to force people in a low income area to go inside the store, which results in customers buying their high priced items, there is data to support this. 3. Jason Alverado hired this manager, which says alot about him, that he is cheap, hired someone to be the manager with no customer service skills whatsoever, and likely too cheap to get the repair done on the gas pump credit card machines, so he forces customers to come in, and hopefully buy something, stats say they will, which helps make the extra cash to get the machines fixed, but, he realizes it helps his bottom line, so he takes his sweet time. This is something a cheap, crummy, slim ball would do. It's about time we as the customers, as a communit, stand up and take action, stop supporting a business that is taking advantage of people in a low income area. We/you deserve better, be apart of the change you want to see, I am. I review is a start, but, no longer spending my hard earned money to support a slim ball owner and piss poor manager. Scratch a lie, find a thief. May good Karma come to you by avoiding this business at all costs.Update : pumps visa still down per a photo from a friend of mine who stopped by today. Figures, that's slim ball Alverado for you!!
