No food ready at 630pm is just dumb.
Edit; 2 years later and it's just as dumb. Big empty hot track at dinner time every time I arrive. I guess all ampm is good for its pretending to care while demanding you waste you time to report something to them that they literally just read before blowing you off.
edit2: nah. put some food in your hot racks or take them the hell out. zero stars if possible

I wish I could take this down to ZERO stars.
We pull in at 2310 on 15 Feb to get cigarettes. There's a man in a black SUV next to us that yells at us "THE STORE IS CLOSED!!"
Rolled window down and asked him what happened since the pumps are taped off, there's 3 police cruisers in the Parking lot on 1 car and the attendant is in his SUV yelling at the regular customers.
He replies
"I SAID THE STORE IS CLOSED".
This guy was outright nasty rude and needs some serious a$$ social skills taught to him.
If I see him working, I'm going to dodge him because he has no tact and no manners. What a jerk!!

Don’t ever work here poor management, poor communication skills with all and any upper management. You will never get out the time you are scheduled. Manager requires you to be on time but is never on time. Also I didn’t get my lunches most of the days unless I insisted I needed to leave and go somewhere (an important errand for my lunch).

The employee rang up my items and then scan their phone to steal my points. I told her I have the app and I want my points and she said oh it’ll be fine you’ll get them but I never did I’m not going back there ever again.

I was just accused of stealing from this store. Absolutely a disgrace how they treat "SOME" of their customers Oops I mean stereo type their customers. Here it is for ya. I went in the store and asked to use the restroom prior to me getting my drink (because I didn't want to be dancing while I was getting my drink) the young lady up front let me know kindly that someone was in there. I said ok. Cool. She asked if she could help with anything else. At that moment I had yeah actually may I ask for an application. In which the cashier informed me I would need to ask Sierra or sienna idk. The manager I guess. I walked to the rear corner and saw that she was occupied at the moment so I proceeded to get my icee, but seen that a couple were not working but I did notice that I could get an icee for .50cents thru the app. So I stop try to open the app it wasn't loading fast enough so the manager was still busy and I proceeded outside while I logged back into the app. The next thing that happens is the cashier lady that was at one time helpful comes outside yelling about how im not allowed back in the store I was stealing stuff. So now I really want to talk to them manager and get this thing worked out and so she could watch the video surveillance and show her I didn't in no way try and steal. HOW DOES IT GO FROM ME ASKING TO USE RESTROOM, ASK FOR AN APPLICATION CUZ I KNOW OTHER PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE AND ME TRYING TO OPEN THE APP SO I CAN JUST BUY MY DAMN ICEE THAT I BEEN WANTING TO DO SINCE COMING IN INITIALLY TO NOW BEING ACCUSED OF STEALING to make matters worst I asked for the manager to check the tapes please check them so I can prove to you I didn't do no such thing and steal from them. So I said again please watch the tapes and maybe when you see that I didn't steal maybe you can hook me with an ICEE. That's all I was gonna get anyways She said hell no I ain't giving you anything. Ok fine. Will you please check the tapes so you can see that I'm not lying and I'm not a thief I go to this store a the time and buy cigarettes and a med. Or lrg cherry icee. I get free stuff through my app.This is horrible the way I was treated and when I asked finally to just check the camera so you can see I'm not stealing. She says she'll check it on her time. She basically told me even if I am telling the truth that its not important enough for her to resolve this. ON HER TIME?? WTF kind of manager acts like that. Poorly managed. I can't believe i asked for an application. What a poorly mismanaged store. I've managed automotive facilities for the better part of my life and that is not what I would call a manager or even what you could even possibly call it customer service. Ugh.I'm so dang frustrated at all this and for nothing. I want somebody to please get back to me

ARCO AM/PM CAR WASH stoled my $13I payed for car wash $20 which cost $6 and it gave me $1 change back, on screen it said to see cashier, but cashers said he said he don't know nothing about it so definitelyif its out of order than don't let people use it close it down

Had help from a fellow named markus... Very helpful and polight. Solved my problem by going above and beyond what he needed to do. The day shift empolyees are lazy and professional. I am so grateful and thankful for Markus, he needs to be promoted!!!
