Nice outdoor products shipped through here. Pretty cluttered, not OSHA compliant dangerous work space. One very hate filled employee in winter seasonal with very strong opinions on politics and the homeless(I was appalled)

Some of the worse customer service I have ever received. The lady answering the phone at the warehouse was RUDE, I spoke with her 2 or 3 times and the last phone call she just hung up on me when we were done, not even a "thanks for calling" or "have a great day" or a simple "good bye" The lady emailing me back emailed "...what am I suppose to do with this?" and "....you were told you needed..." I like to pride myself on being extremely professional but these two women had me in tears trying to deal with them, their rude tone and lack of customer service really got me upset. I just needed help getting my shipment picked up, and there is a deadline. I will never ever do business with them again. I will also be contacting their upper management as this is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. To anyone who is thinking about doing business with Air Sea America in the Seattle area, look for another warehouse to work with. I think I'm going to miss my deadline today and my shipment will now be delayed thanks to these two unhelpful women.

We are a small family business and often do not have the luxury of having our goods loaded on pallet into a back a truck, but instead have to offload the goods from a pallet and into our small van. The crew always comes out and helps us out and are very friendly. Means a lot.
