Took our cattle dog into get him fixed up after running into the corner of our trailer. The staff was easy to work with and understanding. They were able to get is in and not wait long. The pricing for getting him fixed was reasonable as well. The follow-ups have also been an easy endeavor. Thank you for all the help!

This place took great care of my dog after she got into a fight with another dog. They gave her fast and efficient care! What was nice is there were very informative, they weren’t trying to push any extra tests that weren’t needed, and they were easy to communicate with. We took our other dog previously here when he got parvo and they saved his life! This vet is literally one of the best and most affordable emergency vets out there.

I felt like the price was reasonable for everything I had done-XRay, Blood Work, Injections (antibiotics and anti inflammatory), antibiotics to go. The visit was productive, with everything I wanted to have done. The only complaint I would say is that I feel like having a receptionist at the front desk over night would be ideal to take payments faster and such, someone was waiting quite awhile to pay in the lobby, and the customers were being the receptionists to locked out customers through the glass. It is a dangerous area over there where this clinic is located and people being locked outside too long it’s dangerous with the animals in the night time. I think Someone on staff even at night shift to answer people’s questions in the lobby would be ideal but probably hard to work the night shift. I liked the fact they answered the phones however, and payment quoted upfront. Vet, nurse, receptionist on phone was knowledgeable. Overall, I would be back for an emergency.

We brought our miniature dachshund into this vet when she was attacked by three large huskies. They tended to her and got us in so fast. We are so thankful they were here to help us, we drove 1.5 hours because every other emergency vet was diverting patients and or understaffed.

Available when all other emergency vets were booked up on a Friday night. Our dog received excellent care and recovery support. The simple office reflects the lower prices for services. The staff is professional, genuine, and caring.

Highly recommended this emergency clinic. My puppy was very ill and I was afraid of parvo as he became severely dehydrated and rapidly declined in health. We were seen quickly at the clinic even though it was 2am and they were busy. I understand that other pets had more life threatening immediate needs but waiting was not an issue.
Overall they were transparent over the phone AND in person regarding cost of treatment and possible additional charges. I’ve been to two other emergency vets in the South King County and they really are affordable.
The quality of treatment is great and my puppy thankfully tested negative for Parvo so he was rehydrated, received antibiotics, anti nausea medicine, and was doing great 8hrs later! The vet carefully went over next steps and what to look out for incase symptoms returned.
I am thankful for their service and care!

Great service especially how busy they were. My cat needed surgery for an abcès. This was one of the few places that could see us. Clean space. Responsive and great communication.

Would highly recommend when in need of emergency pet service. The staff was amazing and compassionate during a very stressful time when we need to bring in our cat after a dog attack. The wait time was very reasonable, and better than other places in the area.
Staff has been helpful with any aftercare questions we've had, and our cat had been healing very nicely.

I've had good experiences with them, but received advice from a tech over the phone that almost killed my cat. I'll double check next time I get over-the-phone advice.

My beloved cat broke her arm. I called in they said it will be around $100 for the visit and $370 for an X-ray.
I thought to myself, that’s expensive but we can do it to make my cat feel better.
After coming and waiting a few hours the doctors let me know my cats arm was broken. Information that was obvious.
They would then work on an estimate. It came out to be $1500 on the low end and $1800 on the high.
I was shocked and disappointed especially when set up with that initial quote on the call.
I left and will go to a different vet with more transparency tomorrow.
I highly recommend to the ownership that they make their pricing more transparent upfront rather that triple prices from what they quote on the phone.
The employees said “well we don’t really know until the doctor sees your pet”, in that case tell me the worst case scenario and the best case rather than exclude what the services would be. An employee told me that if they quote too high sometimes people don’t come. I told them that’s how it should be because then you would avoid 1 star reviews like this.
Nice employees, bad business.
