Came in to get my international driver's license for my upcoming trip to Japan to drive the go carts. Theresa helped us with the process which was super easy. You fill out a form, they snap a photo($15), you pay $20 for the license and we were out of there in 20 mins. The store is so spacious, clean, and welcoming. They have a lot of travel books, travel essentials, suitcases and travel agents (you have to make a reservation in advance) to help. Overall, it was a friendly and welcoming experience if you're planning your vacation.

Stopped by today 12/6/22 Tuesday and met Dana Hays, now my agent. Since my relocation from Cali. I had not made to the time transfer our insurance to Washington.Dana advised and explained that there is no Triple A insurance per say, however, that they are an insurance agent that offers various auto and home insurance.She ran a few quotes and was able to provide me with better full coverage (100k Bodily Injury/100k Property Damage/Uninsured 100k & Underinsured Motorist 100k, Personal Injury 10k, Car Rental $60/day, Comp deductible 100 and Collision deductible 500. Overall, this was less premium then my Cali coverage.I was truly happy. She did not rush me or pressure me. Stated that we can run the insurance again at 6 months upon renewal to see if there are other better offers.I highly recommended seeking Dana for all your auto and home and travel needs!!

I called and established a new membership with them so I can get a tow from my car to the shop. They gave me 60 to 90 minutes for a ETA. After that I called them and they said another 45 minutes. At that point they sent me a message saying that my service was canceled. I called again and they said they were searching for a backup service and would give me an update. After another hour I had no updates and no new ETA. I called another company and got service through them. I finally called to cancel my membership and was hung up on. I called back and they said they could refund my membership but not my entrance fee.I've used AAA in the past and they were good, but that was over 10 years ago and they seem to have become much worse overtime. I'd recommend trying to find another company to provide roadside assistance.

This was Fenix insurance since they have become AAA they are the worst agency on the planet!!!! I was a customer of theirs for 25 years I left because of terrible customer service and now today I received a collection notice for $61 from Encompass without ever getting a bill just sent me right to collections no notice nothing! Jeff you are pathetic! Stay away from AAA formally Fenix!
